Arby's in Madison

“Went through the drive thru and the ordering of food was effective and efficient because they weren’t asking “is that all” or “anything else” after everything I said. Got to the window to pay and pick up our meals and the workers were in good spirits like they were having a good time. I’m not saying you have to be happy at work but don’t let your “I hate this job” attitude come through to the public. This place didn’t give any hint of that. Definitely would recommend if you get tired of crappy food with crappier attitudes from other fast food restaurants. *cough cough* McDonald’s *cough cough*“

“A lady named Cassandra was absolutely amazing, she said thanks to everyone that walked in as well as took care of a lady who was ordering in front of me who seemed to be going into labor. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!!“
