Ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and the buffalo chicken sandwich, got pulled up to wait but both were cold, bread was hard and tasted very old. Fries were cold too. Only thing decently cooked were the jalapeño bites. Night time crew was very rude, seemed like they didn’t even want to be working. Horrible service and food, will not be back.

A lady named Cassandra was absolutely amazing, she said thanks to everyone that walked in as well as took care of a lady who was ordering in front of me who seemed to be going into labor. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!!

Sandwich tastes old, and the bread was hard 11/29/2024. I was pulled up so you would think everything would be fresh, especially if your the only customer in the line and the inside is empty.

Went to drive through was given food without any questions, stopped eat, had no napkins, no sauces, and fry container was busted down side and nearly spilled fries all over my clean truck. Just another case of overpriced food, terrible service and missing items you paid for. When is this cycle ever going to stop?

Always fast and mostly friendly service. The manager during the evening I believe it is. She is so amazing always extremely helpful and nice. Always in a good mood, she will make you go from bad mood to good mood in matter of few mins.
I went through the drive through on Monday, August 6 and ordered a Beef-n-cheddar.. After resuming my drive into Huntsville, I pulled my sandwich out of the bag to find it was COLD. Not cool. COLD. Clearly it had been refrigerated! And they didn't even have the sense to microwave it! I was never so aggravated. Never will waste my time going back to that location.

Just went and ordered almost $40 worth of food and definitely didn't get my money's worth. Ordered 3 double beef and cheddar sandwiches and there's were regular sized sandwiches, on a good day! Ordered one potato cakes, one curly fries and one crinkle fries, got two potato cakes and a crinkle cut fry. Waited at least 15 minutes for this. Very disappointing. And to top it off, the food is cold!!!!!
