I went through the drive through and ordered dinner and 2 cherry turnovers. I was handed a small bag and told the turnovers were in the bag so I didn't check it. Once I got home, 30 minutes away, I found that the small bag had the au jus for the French dip sandwich not the turnovers. The turnovers were not in the main bag either. I drove back and was told they were out of cherry turnovers and we could come another time to get them. I said I lived to far to come back . Person at window offered no other remedy or apology. I asked for a refund and they supposedly gave me one.

This Arby's is exceptional. Fresh hot food. Great professional service. We had the Fish deluxe and it was truly amazing. So crispy and fresh and big! We had the buffalo chicken sandwich and beef n' cheddar. Both were phenomenal. Curly fries, crinkle fries, and the star of the show were the jalapeno bites!

Literally sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after being told to wait. I don’t understand why they are even open late when no one is willing to take your order.

It doesn't matter which Arbys we go to, the service is terrible. Went to one today at 3:45 pm, after waiting at the drive thru to order it took 10 mins for someone to try to take our order....then the guy said go ahead with your order so we did, then he said wait a minute, took around 5 minutes and ok sorry go ahead, we started to repeat our order again, then he says wait a minute came after another 5 mins and repeated what he said, we repeated our order for the 3rd time. He again said wait a minute. Then he screamed where we could here it "OMG" after that we just drove off. After 3 times of being told to wait was enough. We wont be back.

Typical Arby's quality and service. The only problem is getting out of the parking lot due to the traffic. Waited a long time to turn south on Hughes Road. Finally had to go north and turn around to go south. The Hughes Road exit is dangerous during high traffic times. Not sure what they can do to fix the problem unless a neighboring business allows them to create an exit through their property.

I stopped in to get food here a couple weeks ago, and got a Beef & Cheddar half pound meal with extra red ranch and extra cheddar and a soda. The sandwich was ohk, i was given a very tiny amount of fries, that were almost cold, and had asked for extra sauces to which i recieved 1 arbys and 1 horsey sauce. I spent over $20 dollars and was quite unsatisfied truthfuly.

I was a VERY consistent guest but unfortunately the last several visits have been less than satisfactory. Arby's charges over $2 for the apple turnover but I never received the turnover's. That is 2 per visit w/my meal. Honestly, I feel robbed. Not about the $$.,....I LOVE THE APPLE TURNOVER!!!KIND REGARDS, SINCERELY DISAPPOINTED ??
