I get that it is 8pm and it’s late, but why even sell food that’s been under the lamp staying warm for god knows how long looks overcooked, and dry. Like 2 4pc supreme dinners, the biscuit is dry and the fries are uneatable as they feel limp, cold, or rock hard with no “potato” in them. $24 dollars wasted. IF YOU WOULDN’T EAT IT DONT SELL IT!!

The food was partially hot meaning the chicken and the top fries was not. They had mixed in hot fries with stale cold ones. Urgh. Guess they aren't throwing food away. I get it with how expensive everything is but being one who is paying for the food I expect better from these high prices as well. If I didn't have someplace to be I would have taken it back. Do better.

The crazy panhandlefoodie

I arrived at 5:30 pulled up through the drive-through and the woman said we’re holding on product. Do you still want me to take your order? I said what does that mean? She said just what I said. I said I’m sorry I’m trying to understand what product means. She said again we’re holding on product. Do you want me to take your order? I said I know that what does product mean? Then she said like biscuits. I said thank you. That’s all you had to say in the first place. The (store Manager) of this location needs training. When you tell a customer products, you need to be more specific so that people know if it’s worth them waiting or not. You don’t just say I’m holding on products. Do you still want me to take your order? Say I’m on biscuits it’ll be about a 10 minute wait did you still wanna order? Or we’re holding on sausage. People understand better but for her to get rude about me saying what does that mean is uncalled for. Then when I called and asked for the corporate number, she miraculously says I don’t know it and we can’t give that out. Luckily it’s available on public place called the Internet so I don’t know why it’s such a secret that you can’t give out.

Food is good however the hash browns are being fried in chicken grease .Please stop. It ruins the quality of the hash browns.Corporate please tell your workers to use a separate grease for only HASH BROWNS.

The family fried chicken meal was a disappointnent. $41 for 8 piece chicken that was definitely not fresh, 3 sides that were in no way a size to feed a family of 4. Biscuits were good. But that's alot of money for what I got. Publix has the best & freshest fried chicken for a great price.

On August 23rd at 3:01 PM I was having a great day until I went through the drive through and a woman said I could take a second for me to order. It was my first time at the restaurant. When I began ordering, I asked her a simple question, “ what’s the name of the orange sauce that comes with the grilled chicken combo that I’m seeing in the picture” the lady quoted, “ I don’t know, maybe you should read”. So I left the drive through and will probably never go to the restaurant again. I also live in the neighborhood and I and also new to Huntsville. I work in customer service and I gotta say that was very poor performance. I am disgusted. I hope there could be an explanation for why this would be allowed at such a clean nice looking restaurant.
