I came in to pick up dinner this evening because I work across the street. So occasionally I will come in to have dinner. There's also times I come in and I pick up my children dinner and drop it off for them while i'm at work. It's been a few weeks since I have been there. But I walked in today to pick up my order and a male employee with curly dark hair, decides to say my name and make the comment that i'm always making orders and eating here in a rude and condescending manner. Mind you. I'm a paying customer, so it shouldn't matter How much I eat there or how much I eat. I should not have to deal with an employee making a rude comment and then there was a female employee standing next to him who decides to just laugh about it. And tell me I didn't hear it. And it's like, really, "wow " was all I could say, because I did hear it and someone who is in recovering from an eating disorder already deals with issues around eating Yes, I am a thin woman, but it doesn't Excuse an employee making a comment like that. I am just appalled at the situation. I will never return to this facility again. I'm just disgusted. I'm almost to the point that i'm speechless about the situation. Because in all the years that I have been alive, I have never had to deal with something like this.

I had a horrible experience at the drive through. I was told it would be a ten minute wait which I had no issue with. After waiting more than 25 minutes, I went inside and was told it was coming up. After waiting another ten minutes, and me going in to check on ita second time, I finally got my order without so much as an apology. Please train your employees to give ACCURATE EXPECTATIONS OF WAIT TIMES. This experience was beyond frustrating after a long day. This happened November 27th from a few minutes before 5 p.m. to 5:35 p.m. If the food had been for me, I would have gotten a refund and gone elsewhere, but it was for my husband, who specifically wanted Bojangles so I waited. I went on to get my food at a competitor down the street and was through their drive through in minutes even though they had double the cars in their drive through.
Probably my 3rd time leaving without a biscuit in my meal. If I’m gonna pay a full price, at least make sure all my food is in the box & not just one meal but 2!

Terrible service. Took 20 minutes for them to make 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. They did not tell me they had to cook more until I had already paid. They said it would be 10 minutes but I didn’t get my food for 20 minutes. Rude workers
