Watches five or six cars leave and figured out why. "Due to unforseen circumstances we have postponed our opening" - its 4pm. How much longer can you postpone your opening?

Updated Review. Good options and ice cream. Conveniently located and cherry vanilla was loaded with cherries, so I'm sure I'll continue to come back.

Posted closing time is 9:00pm, but when we pulled in at 7:30pm, there were no exterior lights on, and the young man that took our order didn’t seem to care for the fact that he had customers. This irritation may be the reason for the subpar product (butterfinger blast) my husband got, as we’ve only ever had great experiences at every other Brusters we have visited. Truly sorry we interrupted whatever he had going on, we won’t bother your establishment next time.

Had been running several miles on a hot day and stopped to ask for a small drink of water. Told me they only sold water in a bottle and didn’t have anything else to put water in. Lost my business forever!

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a must-visit spot every time I'm in the area. The ice cream here is exceptionally creamy and rich, delivering a delicious treat with every bite. On my recent visit, I tried one of their seasonal flavors, the caramel apple crunch milkshake, and it was unbelievably delicious. Their extensive selection of flavors, all seemingly made in-house, reflects their commitment to freshness and quality. Whether you prefer sundaes, shakes, cones, or more, they have it all at reasonable prices. The friendly staff adds to the overall charm of this great ice cream shop.

26AUG2023 @ 1500 we would always come here $9 dollars for this (look at picture). tipped the kid $2 didn't say thank you nothing.. no customer service. Handles from now on.

Perfect place for that cool summer treat. Tons of flavors and menu options. Super friendly service and not a long wait at all. And don't forget the to go options! P.S. seating in the back ?

Really good ice cream and great prices! If your children are under 40 inches, they get a free baby cone! 2 scoop waffle cones are $5 each and are generously packed with ice cream. There are walk up windows or a drive thru for convenience. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful ice cream! Good price and selection. Good service.

The ice cream was delicious and everyone was friendly. It wasn't terribly busy when we arrived, but picked up thereafter. There are tables around back, and a drive-thru.
