Why do you insist on having customers pull over to the side or pull up when there’s no one in line. Seems like the employees could make the food faster and provide better service if they weren’t running back and forth in and out every time someone orders in the drive through.

This a disgusting place to eat. I requested my meal be cooked fresh and they gave me old food in 31 weeks pregnant specifically I said make it fresh I will wait it was on the receipt and the person assured me after repeatedly asking if he understood that it was going to be fresh. I got back to work and the food was I really believe purposely given the oldest food I went straight back and no apologies or nothing was given. I asked where the manager was the person stated he was the shift manager he was very rude very inconsiderate and unapologetic. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy here. The shift manager also needs to be fired this Burger King not even that busy for them to be messing up orders.

I ordered two things of milk, but they said they didn’t have it then they told me to do the refund process through the app I ordered Off of instead of giving me my refund through the register or something so it’s like I lost money and I didn’t get my two milks! And they didn’t even bother to help out

Always happy to serve you! Greets everyone when you walk in! Patient with you ordering unlike most places. Over all best Burger King to go to! Always fresh food, and always great service. I always come in for a coffee, and sometimes some fresh food as well! Never tried their coffee until recently, I was iffy about it, I always wondered why my dad stayed going to Burger King every day for coffee here, now I know, not to pricey, it’s an actual great price!
