Brought my 2 boys here for lunch, I was the only car in the drive through, lady was rude over the speaker, found out she was working by herself, food took forever. I felt bad for the lady afterwards.

Got the wrong order after repeating it back and it was still wrong. I need to remember to bypass this location and use the one on Hughes. Have had other unsatisfactory experiences at this location.

This place is a joke. Asked to pull forward when no one else was in line. No sourdough for special. After we drove away we saw that the replacement bun was tiny and we ended up with a kids size sandwich that was $6. A literal joke.

I don't know if I just have good luck with this place and the times I go, but the food is always fresh, hot and amazing! Napkins, sauces and straws are always in the bag and I know that sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many fast food places forget all of that! The total time it takes to order and get my food is usually 4 mins are less! KEEP IT UP BK!!!!

If I could leave 10 stars for Java I would. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! I showed up in the drive thru 10 minutes before closing and placed a rather difficult but expensive order (it was $84.00 and my roommates BOTH have severe onion allergies. Life threatening not a dislike of) after i placed my order and I got to the window I told Java of the allergy and I literally watched this perfect woman walk to the line and call the cooks over to make sure my 6 sandwiches did not have onions. I know fast food workers get a bad rap. But this sweet woman literally went above above beyond for my needs RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING whoever her boss is. I'm telling you personally. Give this lady I raise. She damn well deserves it. Thank you so so SO much java!!!!!
