I received fast, friendly, and competent service at lunch today from the two young men behind the counter. It's a sad fact that this isn't the norm for fast food these days. At the same time, it's important to give credit when appropriate.

Stopped by after giving up BK because of the generally poor service across all stores. Waited ~20 minutes in the drive thru, fortunately I downloaded the app and ordered otherwise it would have take even longer. Needless to say it’ll be a couple more years until I try again.

I ordered from DoorDash.But they wouldn't let me write to have the drink without ice. I called Burger King right after I placed the order. When the woman heard that I had placed an online order, she hung up on me. All I wanted to do was ask her not to put ice on it.When I got the order, it turned out the potatoes were so salty they were impossible to eat. And they didn't add the cheese that I paid extra for.

Having 2-3 staff in the mornings really limits this place.Edit: Today I placed an online mobile order. I arrived at the restaurant and went to the area clearly marked online-order pick up. I was chastised in front of other customers and stated that I had to wait in line behind the other customers waiting to order, despite my order having already been placed earlier. I apologized and stated I went to the designated area that was posted. This annoyed the employee. Her interaction after that was very unfriendly.

My husband went thru the drive-thru. He order a whopper combo meal and a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. When he got home, my meal (the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich had no lettuce or tomatoes. I called the lady handed the phone to someone else. The man I spoke to was the manager. I explained the situation, he asked for our receipt. We had not been given a receipt. He asked us to bring the sandwich back. So my husband got back in the car and drove 3 miles up there, he gave them the wrong sandwich and handed him the corrected sandwich. He then drove 3 miles back home, gave me my dinner and then ate his cold burger and cold fries. The manager told me, "this is our policy" but BK should have another way to reimburse their customers for a meal that was completely botched from beginning to end. Sad.....very sad! Burger King.....I know you can do better or should I say.....I know you used to do better (years ago). SMH

Excellent service and food. I have taken my son by here everyday for two weeks while he was on break and they have been consistent and quick. The man working the drive thru is always so courteous and polite. 10/10 for any fast food place around! Highly recommend!

Have not been there for a while every time I get my ? it's cold haven't got a hot one in a long time I just stop going there not just in Madison I tried Athens and harvest Alabama same thing not as good as it use to be I like mine hot not gonna bring a microwave

They can't get my order right to save their lives. If I order a Whopper no mayo, it'll have mayo without tomato. If I order two Whoppers, they give me two Whopper Jrs. I'm hungry, and they can't even give me the full size sandwich I intentionally ordered as clearly as possible bc I know they're going to mess up something. If I have to drive farther to get what I actually ordered, so be it.

Worst! Lobby closed no signage to indicate and workers outside smoking .. would not serve lunch 2 min early .. just wow.

I eat here a lot, great staff, super friendly, always serves great food, and are very quick.I work on shields rd and I drive all the way to this store because they are awesome and also because the shields rd store doesn’t even have mellow yellow, and messes up my order all the time.
