10/925 I ordered two double whoppers with cheese for $17.85 using drive thru. I got two single whoppers w/cheese instead. Attached labels on sandwiches even stated double whoppers. All, double check your orders, even if you have to unwrap them in drive thru line. Won't be coming back to that store again.

I am not one to leave reviews, but if the management of this store cared anything about the integrity of your location.. you may want to speak to your staff about the way they speak to people and as I got on here to leave a review, there were already multiple people who commented about having awful service from a woman. Today at the drive through window I was name called multiple times by a woman. Would not be shocked to find out it may all be the same woman. We all have to go to work. We all want to be off on when the day is done. You never know what people are going through. The difference is, if someone came to my place of business, I’m not allowed to treat them terribly just because I am tired and “over it”. Do better!

No hands were washed or gloves changed! One person swept up a spill in the lobby then right back to assembling burgers!!! I seen them making drive through orders and sooo much cross contamination was going on I felt sick to my stomach!! YOU poor people randomly getting sick and don’t know why……..I’m done with fast food!!

I was having a really bad day and Janiya was really sweet and super helpful when I couldn't make up my mind. Got my food quick she made sure everything was correct before she handed it to me. Good people working at this one!!!

I went through the drive-thru and I was going to scan the QR code and the server told me that I had no reason to be recording or take any photos that I need to take my food and get the hell away. I have been working in retail for over 20 yrs, and you don't treat customers that way. I even brought it to the manager's attention and he said that he was already aware of it. I am never going back to this place again and I would recommend if you wanted to be treated like a person not to go here.
The food here is fine it tastes normal but DO NOT GET DRINKS HERE my whole family has agreed that all the drinks taste like mold or mildew. Seems like a health code violation I don't know if they need to clean the machine or something but that's gonna get someone sick

Horrible! EVERY burger order was wrong! There were 3 cars in drive-thru, I was the 3rd! From time we placed order till we got order was 22 minutes! After the longest 22min ever, we get all WRONG burgers! Go figure!
