Y’all ain’t ish! To send 1 tarter 1 vinegar 1 hot sauce with an order that was supposed to be an 4 piece turned but you sent 3 and I hate when y'all switch texture of fish! Ugh they closed long johns but y'all should have been #1 on that list! Don’t value a job period

Any time I come here the food is always hot and fresh but the only thing is, there's usually always a long wait in the drive thru line. I won't complain to bad about that though because like I said the food is always hot so that's that. I've pretty much tried everything on the menu and haven't tried anything I don't like!!!

My orders are always take-out. The food is good, but it seems to take anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes from placing my order to getting to the drive- thru window. Very seldom does it take less than 15 minutes to pick up a food order. What's the problem?

Since I travel for work, I stopped in here to Captain D’s because I’ve never been there before probably the worst seafood I’ve ever had on top of that the worst service I’ve ever had. I came in with my little 4 pound Service dog holding her not on the ground and she said we can’t serve you unless it’s a Service dog I said well she’s a service dog so she takes my order before she would give me my food. She made me walk all the way back out to my truck to get the Service dog tag to show her. She was a service dog mine you this dog never got on the ground. I was holding her the whole time. I was tired. I was hungry and I had to deal with this black woman, I don’t know why people have to be racist. I bet if I was a black guy she wouldn’t have made me walk out there and get my Service dog tag. I’ll never come back to Captain D’s ever again.

Every time we seem to order, something gets forgotten or incorrect in it.
We ordered two 3 piece batter dipped fish meals for an online order.
Grabbed the bag, saw two containers properly. Didn’t think to check, that’s my fault. However..
One of the meal containers had NOTHING IN IT. Tried to call the store about it and got immediate “cannot be completed as dialed”

Today, was my granddaughter's and my first time visiting this Captian D's location. We were not disappointed. The food was Very Good. Hot, Tasty, Fresh and nice portions. The staff, Jackie, Steven and the lady at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. Making our experience Top Notch. I recommend this Captian D's. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Guys!

Have been going to this Captain D's location every day for this past week for lunch and sometimes dinner. Great tasting lobster rolls and fish. Always tastes like it was just freshly prepared, everything from the main entrees to the side items. This restaurant gets a steady flow of drive-through customers but there's never a long line and ling wait like some others. Staff is always courteous, friendly, and seem experienced and never flustered when they're hustling to get orders out on time. I'm impressed. I will def be going back.
Might as well not even order they will put what they want on your plate anyway. Ordered loaded baked potato and got charged for a loaded for it to only have cheese. Got a meal with no coleslaw and guess what ? Coleslaw everywhere.

Placed order in drive thru arsound 915pm tonight. The guy that took my order was very nice and had patience while I was deciding. I like about 3/4 unsweet tea and that was perfect. Food was good and he made sure I had all the condiments I needed. Hard to find good help so I hope the people working tonight get at least a pat on the back. Employees are always a reflection of your business.
