Me and my decided to go to Captain D’s tonight and was very disappointed!! The food was old and appeared to have been dropped back in the grease to make it hot!! Tried to call the store but no one answered. Called 3 times and got no answer. The only thing the person in the window said to us was our total. He was an older white male.So unprofessional!!!!

Went for a quick lunch run to this Captain D’s location and spent 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru between ordering, paying, and receiving our food. Perhaps it was a fluke, but I would not recommend going if you’re on a time constraint.
They were out of popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders, and hush puppies, which were the first and second meals I tried to order. Ended up with the 15pc butterfly shrimp meal; the shrimp weren’t bad. They offered me a breadstick because they were out of hush puppies, but I never received it. The side of fries were okay but not crispy, the steamed broccoli met expectations.

I went through drive thru on my lunch break. I ordered and the food came out stale, tasteless, hard not like the Captain Ds a year ago. Needs managers that work as a manager. I will try back sometime next year. Pure laziness is everywhere nowadays

The grease was old. It made me sick last night. Someone working there behind the counter was o n her phone. It was a private call but she was really loud talking about personal issues about fines. Will be going to a different location.

They were extremely busy and the person in the car ahead of me was extremely rude to the gentleman working it. Even though he was working with all of that, my order was ready quickly and everything was correct and fresh. He was extremely friendly and nice. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him a positive shout-out for his over and above customer service skills. This was November 27th at 5:45. This gentleman deserves a raise!

Nov 15th 2024 I went thru drive thru I love Captain's Ds Madison Blvd but today was the worse I ever had my food was cold the fries were hard like eating a raw carrot n my fish was cold n the coating on the inside was not done I'm guessing they didn't let it cook long enough still have a issue with the potions of fries they give But the lady at the window don't know if she is a manager or not but every time I come she's at work she is really nice

Just wanted to share my experience at Captain Ds. I love Ds food BUT I ordered yesterday at the drive thru. I ordered 2 plates both with the same sides. I ordered grilled white fish blackened, with baked potato n okra with hushpuppies same on both plates. I drive home 30 minutes away, open the plates to have one side on each plate n no hushpuppies. I was shorted 2 sides n the hushpuppies! To late now I'm home. I knew I should have checked my order before I drove away. Why can't they get it right?
