Placed order in drive thru arsound 915pm tonight. The guy that took my order was very nice and had patience while I was deciding. I like about 3/4 unsweet tea and that was perfect. Food was good and he made sure I had all the condiments I needed. Hard to find good help so I hope the people working tonight get at least a pat on the back. Employees are always a reflection of your business.

I came through the drive-through when it was slammed busy. There was only two workers in there and there was a lady named Michelle. She was Awesome! She was friendly and was handling the stress from all the customers with Grace! Highly recommend Captain D’s in Madison!

Me and my decided to go to Captain D’s tonight and was very disappointed!! The food was old and appeared to have been dropped back in the grease to make it hot!! Tried to call the store but no one answered. Called 3 times and got no answer. The only thing the person in the window said to us was our total. He was an older white male.So unprofessional!!!!

Went for a quick lunch run to this Captain D’s location and spent 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru between ordering, paying, and receiving our food. Perhaps it was a fluke, but I would not recommend going if you’re on a time constraint.
They were out of popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders, and hush puppies, which were the first and second meals I tried to order. Ended up with the 15pc butterfly shrimp meal; the shrimp weren’t bad. They offered me a breadstick because they were out of hush puppies, but I never received it. The side of fries were okay but not crispy, the steamed broccoli met expectations.

I went through drive thru on my lunch break. I ordered and the food came out stale, tasteless, hard not like the Captain Ds a year ago. Needs managers that work as a manager. I will try back sometime next year. Pure laziness is everywhere nowadays
