“I stepped out of rut (Original Deluxe) and ordered an Italian Calzone. Very different than any I’ve had (Oregon to Miami). You eat it like a sandwich. Plenty of meat, but desperately needed Ricotta, mushrooms and more onions. Well, back to the Original Deluxe.“

“Laura and her team are amazing! They are super easy to work with. They did a tasting with us before our wedding, and we were wowed at the food so we hired them without hesitation. Laura went over everything with us and was in contact with us prior to the big day. The day of was amazing, and everyone was asking who did our food. Everything was delicious and on-time.We also have went to other catered events in town with delicious food, and who was the caterer? Chef on Call! They're great.“

“I honestly didn't know this place existed before yesterday. We love BBQ and try every place possible. I had the pulled pork, wife had the chicken. It was great! The sides are also good. It was so good that the meat doesn't even need sauce. It's a small place, very limited seating. Best to get it to go. They smoke everything around back. The price is comparable to other nearby BBQ places. We will be back!“
