Very very disappointed!! This is not my first time eating at or ordering from Cava! I got the Harissa bowl with grains instead of rice and my grains are completely uncooked!! My first bite I thought there were rocks in my bowl but my whole bowl is that ways and I found a tie strap in my bowl!! This is not expected I paid a lot of extra for the substitutions. I have been sending lots of co workers and friends here and this was a huge let down.

I am highly disappointed today. I have been going to Cava for awhile because I love the food. Today when I purchased my food, the service was awful (11/7/24 @ 2:43pm). The young lady seem like she didn't want to be there or help me at all. Also, the jalapeño sauce that I use for my food, taste my spicy water...it was so watery I couldn't even eat it. The bread, was awful. I love their bread but my entire experience was a NO today.
