Champy's Famous Fried Chicken

Stopped here for dinner. The server was friendly, and helpful. The food came out quickly, and was good, although nothing out of the ordinary. The prices seemed slightly high for the food quality. My meal was three chicken tenders, and a small condiment cup full of macaroni and cheese, and it was $14. The food was cooked well, although the mac and cheese was not hot. Overall, not a bad choice for a quick meal, but probably would try other places before coming back here. One note concerning the furnishings..... The booth we were sitting in was ripped all to pieces, and taped back together with duct tape. Also, our table was so wobbly we had to keep our feet on the bottom of it to hold it still so we could eat. Other than that, the decor was cute and rustic

When I first visited the establishment I was skeptical. The eclectic decor was unexpected. However when to food came. I was extremely impressed. The Chicken was seasoned very well. The Sides were great. Usually restaurants struggle with Mac n Cheese. But not this place. The Fries were even good. I will most assuredly be returning soon.

I ordered the gizzards this is my second time in like 3 weeks getting the gizzards plate last time they wasn't cook evenly this time they wasn't cooked evenly so sent them back then they were over cooked like right before bunt so I'll still eat here but gizzards never again.

We stopped at Champy's tonight and didn't have a real long time for dinner. Haley was our waitress and she did an absolutely fabulous job! She was so quick and attentive and thoughtful. I had chicken livers with okra and potato salad and it was all great. My friend had chicken tenders with mac and cheese and baked beans and they were great! Haven't been here in a while and I'm so glad we went back tonight. Won't stay away so long this time.

My family and I eat here very often. The food is amazing and the service is awesome. The best chicken and sides in Madison or Huntsville!!!!!!

My food came out so hot and fresh that it was too hot to eat. I got the 3pc dark baked beans and okra and our appetizer was the fried sausage, cheese, and pickles. Everything was good, service was awesome with a great atmosphere. You know me I LOVE HELLO KITTY! I just so happened to look down and there she was and butterflies to match my dress that I had on.

Delilah provided excellent service, attentive and friendly from start to finish. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. While the presentation was nice, the flavors and quality were somewhat underwhelming compared to the price point. Still, the exceptional service and pleasant environment made the experience enjoyable overall. With a few improvements to the menu, this place could easily be a top spot.

First time visiting!! Taylor was our server. Food was awesome. Portions are HUGE. Taylor kept us laughing with her quick wit.Give this woman a raise!!!😂😂😂 We will definitely be back.

We've never eaten here before but met up with some friends to do some trivia. We thought the chicken was good and I thought the french fries were good. Also. I had also gotten the mashed potatoes and gravy, I wasn't a huge fan and I'll try something different in the future. We got the jalapeno coins as an appetizer. They were good and there was a lot of them! Our server was friendly and attentive. We would eat here again.

Was in during a crowded trivia Wednesday night, saw that newbies Jayla and Anneliese were working the bar together. For all the demand, they kept up beautifully, hustling, cooperating, and maintaining congeniality the whole time. This place does it right.

Anneliese has been my server the past several times I’ve been here, she has been the best everytime! She is doing an amazing job and I will continue to come back because of her. 3 1/2 week span from the last time I came in and she still remembers me. Great customer service and friendly, food is great too. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and she is by far the best I’ve had take care of me. The manager Brittany was amazing and very concerned about my experience. Love this place been more now!
