Ugh, I'm so bummed about my Chick-fil-A experience today 😔. We love Chick-fil-A. My 10-year-old daughter and I go through the Drive-thru every Thursday evening after her dance class. Today was a huge disappointment. Going through the Drive-thru getting home to find the French fries were way overcooked and not at all tasting like the norm. Thursdays are my night not to cook. Finally got home, my daughter was ready to devour her meal, and the fries were overcooked, hard, and just not what Chick-fil-A is known for serving (Photo) The portion of fries minus 2 fries was served #smallportion #chickfilafail #hangry 😫 #hadtomakefriesathome

As many have said, the mobile order drive thru needs quite a bit of work. My wife gets mad at me because I complain to her every time, but keep on giving chances in hopes that next time it will be better. Constantly long mobile order wait lines (whether peak times or not). Went today and I waited for a good bit in the mobile line, all while regular drive through orders were completed first. Shame on me for expecting different outcomes, but today was even worse. Instead of pulling the car in line that had a bigger order, myself and the cars around me got our food (was for my son at home), while we waited 7-8 minutes longer after receiving our order because they wouldn’t ask the person in the front to move to the side. 1 car in front of me and 5 behind were able to leave the line once this person got their food. Interesting note from last weeks visit - the food runners were going to every car asking if the order they were carrying was there’s. Stickers with vehicle types are printed on the label for efficiency. Sad it’s not always used. I truely believe this is a little obstacle that can be overcome! Oh, and please bring back the huge pieces of chicken that we all knew for years. A chicken sandwich is now basically a tender.

Clean Chick fil A, kind employees, fairly fast at getting through the drive thru line. I highly recommend using the mobile thru and order ahead of time, it seems to be a bit more seamless.

After 2 swap outs for the right sandwich without cheese and 45 mins later. My son gets to eat. Usually, your team is on it. But 3 out of 5 times we are dealing with this. I expect this from McDonalds, not from CFA.
It’s so good with the Mac n cheese and chicken nuggets and the fries and the Polynesian sauce❤️.

Ordered on the mobile app and selected mobile thru pickup. Upon arriving, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the mobile thru to get my food, which to my surprise was literally no faster than going through the regular drive thru. Then, on top of that, when I finally got my food home, I quickly realized that my chicken tenders were missing, which were the main part of my meal.
Never seems to open on time.
