Very slow. How does the drive thru lane move faster than the mobile thru? Been here many times. They mess up something on my order every other time. Half the time I get a sandwich my filet is tiny.

We've been in this area many times and were so happy to see a new Chick-fil-A. Love your menu, the tastes and service all over the country. I also noticed most of the local restaurants we used to frequent only had a fraction of the cars we used to see over the years. Good Job!

Staffing needs to be adequately trained management is no where near by to voice concerns! Waited on a pickup order for over 30 when placed ahead of time. No condiments offered and biscuits weren’t separated accordingly. When asking for condiments for a bigger order was then forgotten immediately and ended up not getting any due to lack of professionalism in this establishment! The ownership needs to really come in and take their standards seriously, this wasn’t the first time this has been an issue.
Terrible experience, food was so cold and they were so dingy in the amount of fries they put in the large. Forgot all the sauce and the takeout bags were soggy.

Food is about the same, but it's much faster to go to another location regardless of how far. Several visits and they're much slower than other locations. Also mobile thru isn't faster, it's prob 2-3x the wait of the standard line Even though you've pre-ordered.

Used the online order pick up for the first time and it went smooth and fast. There were 10 cars in the drive thru and only 1 in the online order pick up. Within 3 minutes, a friendly person handed me my food and drinks. Everything is hot and accurate, including the condiments. Very impressed.

The Mobile Thru is the best fast food invention since drive-thru's and sliced cheese. I've stopped going to the University Drive location, the closer one to me, because of how well this location's Mobile Thru line flows.
