Terrible experience, food was so cold and they were so dingy in the amount of fries they put in the large. Forgot all the sauce and the takeout bags were soggy.

Food is about the same, but it's much faster to go to another location regardless of how far. Several visits and they're much slower than other locations. Also mobile thru isn't faster, it's prob 2-3x the wait of the standard line Even though you've pre-ordered.

Used the online order pick up for the first time and it went smooth and fast. There were 10 cars in the drive thru and only 1 in the online order pick up. Within 3 minutes, a friendly person handed me my food and drinks. Everything is hot and accurate, including the condiments. Very impressed.

The Mobile Thru is the best fast food invention since drive-thru's and sliced cheese. I've stopped going to the University Drive location, the closer one to me, because of how well this location's Mobile Thru line flows.

**This isn’t my first time leaving a review, and unfortunately, it’s also not the first time my order has been wrong. This is the fourth time I’ve received incorrect items; this time, I was given Harvest Nut Granola when I specifically chose Dried Tomato for my salad.

Please take more care when preparing orders. These mistakes may seem small, but giving someone the wrong food could be dangerous; especially for those with allergies. Attention to detail matters.**
