We went to Chicken Salad Chick for the first time today! We placed a pick up order and our food was ready within 10 minutes. The food itself was great, although we received a partially wrong order. We both got three scoops and one of my husbands scoops was the wrong salad but he still enjoyed it. The only one that was eh was the buffalo chicken salad, it was just sooo spicy, but we know someone else might love that! I can’t speak for the service very much because all we did was pick it up but it was clean, fast, and tasty!

Came in on 6/30/2025 at 7:15 and the female cashier was very rude. we clearly inconvenienced her by coming in. My food was wrong after coming in to get the right size soup I paid for I was given attitude. After I get the new soup and head home, the soup was the wrong one now and the sandwich I got was also wrong.

Disappointed in the rudeness of the staff. Normally when you pay for a bowl, and are given a cup (smaller size), good customer service would acknowledge and correct the issue. This team? Nope. They’d rather give you an attitude and use your bowl as a scooper in the soup which is entirely unsanitary.

We love Chicken Salad Chick. I had a scoop of Fancy Nancy with grape salad....fresh and yummy and just the right amount of food for lunch. The service is always friendly and everything is priced very reasonably.

Telling by the mostly bad reviews this place sucks! I went in to order about 7:30 and the cashier looked like we were an inconvenience to her just stood there staring at us I had to ask them if it was to late to order not a hi what can I do for you, just blank stares. Girl needs to get a better with customer service or this restaurant needs to better with hiring happy people.

Came to Madison/72 location on Friday at 1:30. No one at the registers. Guy in prep area just stared at me blankly a couple of times. Another employee walked by twice without a word. I could hear other employees giggling behind the cooler. No effort was given to wait on me, so I left. Disappointed in what is usually friendly service.
Manager was rude to both employees and customers. I felt bad for the employees. They were having to tip toe around, afraid to ask customer questions. Won’t be going back. I hope they improve this situation. It was terrible :/

I went to Chicken Salad Chick today and I was very disappointed. I arrived at 5:15 and when I got there they were basically out of every tub of chicken salad so then I decided to do creat your own plate and they only had like 4 chicken salads left to choose from. How do you sell chicken salad but are out of almost everything. Like not everyone can come during the day or on our lunch breaks. Some of us can’t get there until after work. I don’t think that we should be left with the least desired chicken salad since that is all that was left.

What's up with the green grapes in the Fancy Nancy? Green grapes are less expensive than red grapes, so I understand the reason why they're included, but at the same time, I haven't been given a scoop of Fancy Nancy with a red grape in well over a year. It ruins the chicken salad. It's so good at other locations!
