I really like the barbecue chicken salad. I get it every time I'm in town. I think it's a little on the pricey side and I wish I had celery in it to give it just a little crunch.

Mmmmmmmmmm! It's just chicken salad but somehow they make it an experience!The croissant for The Chick Melt was butter toasted to perfection (top 5 croissants I've ever had), and the Classic Carol chicken salad is perfectly seasoned with just a whisper of dill.The broccoli salad is slightly sweet with lots of crunch and backed by lightly smoked bacon. I loved every bite.A cute cozy little shop with lower light and pretty decor.Staff was very friendly and order arrived in less than 5 mins.1 Melt plate, broccoli salad, 1 classic salad, 2 small drinks: $23.41

It's okay, it would be better if they knew how to keep tendons out of their chicken salad. I found 2 big pieces of tendon and part of the skin that you can't chew the piece of skin was about 3 inches. You cut the tendons off so they ain't in the food, you don't cut them then throw them back in to boil.

Food is GOOD. But in the drive thru… the employees are ALWAYS in such a rush! Every time I am ordering, I am cut off with “WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR YOUR DRINK?” Like let me finish!!!

The service was very poor, they messed up the order and when we went back to get the missing items from our order, not even an apology nothing and I found hair on my sandwich as well to where I lost my appetite I will not be back.

I never liked chicken salad until I had Chicken Salad Chick. I have been to several of their locations across Alabama and Florida but I can honestly say that this on has the most wholesome and friendly staff.

I went there to get my wife some dinner on Saturday evening. I arrived about 5pm, and was informed they were out of most of their salads. The employee informed me that they don't make a lot on Saturday as they are closed on Sunday. I would not recommend going there for dinner on Saturday nights.
