Look the little girl in the front helping me was so sweet but the old white manger yelled at her instead of pulling her to the side, she yelled at her in front of me and I’m a customer.. uh wyd not how you treat people I felt bad for the girl because she was so nice and patient with me with ordering my food

Placed an order through Uber eats and I was missing my third side of chicken salad. To top it off, the portions were completely reduced in size, and I was missing crackers.
I don’t plan on ordering here ever again.
$15 worth of food and half of it is missing.

Great experience, but I was not able to order extra pickles on the side like I can at the one on 72. Other than that it was a great experience and the food was really delicious. I also had a coupon that I got since this is a new location. Very happy to not have to drive down 72 to get chicken salad chick.

Horrible experience with the quality of the food and service ! I will not return to chicken salad chick . The manager will treated me horribly. There are no words for how he made me feel on 8/8/24 .. I definitely feel like the color of my skin played a part in why I was treated so bad !

There's always a line at the drive thru during lunch hours but that is expected from any good restaurant . The food is fresh and very tasty. This office crew goes at least 3 times a week.

Before I start this review, allow me to say I really like Chicken Salad Chick.
Lately, I ordered the sandwhich plate on the croissant with lettuce, tomatoes, and Fancy Nancy chicken salad. I wanted to try the new location. It was raining, so I went through the drive thru. The timeframe was between lunch and dinner, and I was super hungry. All I could think about was I was getting ready to eat my sandwich after a really long morning at the doctor's office, and this meal was going to be great.
Take a look at the bread on my sandwich. This should have never made it into my box and out the drive thru window. The grape salad and Plain Jane were good. But I am embarrassed for you all to serve that stale bread as a part of a sandwich. I typically always get the sandwich, specifically the croissant, so it appears as if either the sourcing for bread, (the croissants) is not good here, or they tried to stretch something they should not have put on someone order. At any rate, I will not return to this location.
