This Chili’s is single handedly advancing AI robotics by forcing us to send our humanoid servants to sit down and order food and drinks 2 hours in advance so we can eat at a decent time. We should recognize their noble efforts.
Beer was cold though. 3 stars.

Decided to try chilis as we had never been here. Big mistake. We walked in and 2 hostesses were on there phone and when they finally decided to look up got us sat at our table. Waited 15 minutes before the same hostess came up and said she was not our server but would be getting our drinks for us. Server popped over and said I’ll be right with you…
20 more minutes passed. Should have left at this point. Finally ordered an appetizer and our food. Food came out and I told the serve we never got our appetizer take it off the bill. Food was cold and not good. Server came to bring us our bill to pay & tried hitting no tip but shocking it wouldn’t let me. So she got tipped for doing a horrible job. The table behind us got up and walked out mid meal. Same server. Never will I go here or waste my money again.

Our food took a long time to come out but it was very fresh. Our service was not good. Barely heard anything from our server and it was extremely slow. Tried asking questions about the free chips and salsa and the server was not helpful in answering questions. We also ordered the special wicked margaritas and they came in regular glasses with no collector plastic stirrer. Other parties had the full beverage experience but we didn’t. I was extremely disappointed considering I was looking forward to trying them! My margarita came in a beer pint glass!!! 👎

I ask for a medium rare sirloin steak and what I got back was a burnt steak that felt like I was eating rocks it was burnt and just not good.the fries are cold burgers burnt and just overall rushed job

Service was terrible. We had a large group so called ahead. The person we spoke to indicated this would be a reservation. Our 10 person group hightailed it over only to have the hostess person say they had no availability for a large group and that our call ahead was not a reservation. Then when we posed some other options based on the seating we could see in the area and they said it was impossible.
The biggest issue I had with the hostess area people is that they didn't even try to serve our group nor did they acknowledge that someone from their restaurant had given misleading information to us.
Moral of the story: Don't call a head. It means nothing. And this particular Chili's doesn't really want your business and is too busy chatting it up with each other than to be bothered with finding a win/win solution.

Horrible service - me and my grandmother came we had to seat ourselves this gentleman told us service sucked but we decided to stay anyways and give them a chance. 30 min of waiting before we got our drink order taken. Food came out pretty fast no refill and had to rush to get our ticket because waitress never came back to check on us!! Would not recommend!!
We have been there twice in the last couple of weeks. The first time, they weren’t busy, but the service was very slow. And we had to ask the waitress three times for butter for a potato that my wife got. We went again last Sunday - the parking lot was not full, but the person at the counter said there was a 45-50 minute wait for a table even though there were many available, and said there was a backup in the kitchen, which said to me that the 50 minutes was just the beginning and it would be 2 hours plus probably before we got food. We left and went somewhere else where we could eat and enjoy our afternoon vice waiting around the entrance to a restaurant. We may try again sometime in the future to see if things have changed, but if not then three strikes and they are out of our list of restaurants to choose from when we want to eat out.

Went in around lunchtime, and asked for a booth. The hostess looked puzzled and sat us in the bar area. Our table was super sticky as well. It took about an hour for us to receive our food. Our appetizer came in after we had already received our entrees, which made no sense. I guess chips and queso take over an hour to heat up. Our waitress did not check on us and seemed like she did not want to be there or serve us. I never received a refill on my clearly empty drink because she was nowhere to be found. It took about 15 minutes to receive the check, another 10 minutes for her to process our payment and she didn't even give us a pen to sign the receipt. We left a cash tip, since she didn't give us a pen and was nowhere to be found. We used a gift card to pay for our meal and after paying had a balance left over. This evening I checked the balance on the card, and it was at zero... Will definitely never come here again.

Food and service was pretty good but it was FREEZING in the restaurant. It was 40 degrees outside and there was no heat in the restaurant!! 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Food was about usual. Not the best, not the worst. Took an hour and a half to get our food and had to beg for service. Not the servers fault since they only had maybe 3 workers walking around. Atmosphere was terrible considering that it was probably 55 degrees inside. We had to go back outside to get a jacket. If you go here, prepare for mediocrity and have some patience with the servers, they’re doing their best.
