Everything was dusty and dirty server paid no attention to us. This was such a long and frustrating visit when it should have just been a quick and pleasant dinner. I'm attaching a photo of the rail that runs along the wall that was caked in dust. The bathroom was also really gross. So gross my three year old refused to even use the toilet š¬ Had to ask for the appetizer to be brought to us nearly 20 minutes after it was ordered and it was only chips and salsa but people who got seated after us got their appetizers that were fries and such. Our server seemed really overwhelmed and was very forgetful but he was nice after he got snippy with me asking where the chips were. My steak was overcooked and so were the little slider patties. The sliders were dry and hard to chew so they didn't get ate and my steak was supposed to be medium rare but came out well done. The server did ask how the steak was and if it was cooked right because theyd been having problems all night with the cook but I just said don't bother because we had already been there so long I didn't have an extra 45 minutes to wait on another steak. The only decent part of the meal was the corn on the cob.

We arrived during the shift change only 1 waitress working and she was running her buns off so it took a while to get service. She did acknowledge us. We ordered and had excellent service. We got the bill and paid. On the way home looking at our bill we noticed it was incorrect. Called back spoke to someone who could not help us, she got the manager who helped us and was very nice. It appeared the over worked waitress didnāt enter our order correctly into the computer. The manager refunded our entire bill, which was very generous!

I was waiting for my family and friends to arrive, so I decided to sit at the bar and have a drink. The bartender was VERY rude and unattentive. This experience was horrible. We did not enjoy our meal. It was cold, and we were missing some of our food. I will never return to this one.

Ok so this review covers two visits. One several months ago when after we left we said we would never go back. We were met by hostess with a huff and she said āThis isnāt my job but Iāll seat you.ā We believe anyone can have a bad day so we forged on. 30 minutes later the same young woman came and took our drink orders. There were 5 of us. 30 minutes later we got drinks and she took our order with obvious disinterest. Nobody altered anything or asked for replacements or in any way added to the jobās requirements for decent service. Still, she managed to botch the order but by the time the food arrived, another hour and fifteen minutes later, we just accepted it. This was the third or fourth time service had been less than stellar. We have never had that problem in Chilis elsewhere, outside of Madison, AL. Today, we decided to give it another go since we were on that end of town and traffic was heavy. It was 1:15 so past the lunch rush. There were 3 servers moving about and 4 tables with customers. All 4 top, no large tables. As usual no seating hostess. We stood around waiting to be seated for a few minutes and were ignored. Then we looked a little closer. No less than 7 tables needed bussing. Flies were hovering over the leftovers on those tables. We did what seemed reasonable and walked next door to IHOP where the service was amazing even if the food wasnāt what we had in mind. Our server who doubled as a friendly host got a very nice tip. He seemed to be the only one there besides whoever was in the kitchen and yet he managed several tables, kept the place bussed and was friendly to boot. Whoever the management is at Chilis could use some tips. Never have we seen such surly disinterested service. This time we really wonāt be back. Honestly, Iām shocked itās still in business. Definitely NOT a good place to eat and after seeing the mess today, I do not trust the sanitation.

We were the first customers in and waited over five minutes before the server even approached us. Didn't introduce herself, served the food which was so-so, never checked to see if we needed anything or bring a refill until we were leaving. Brought out the tortillas before our toppings came out, so they were cold when it did. Her tip - 0. I read recently that Chili's was making a comeback. Really? Not this one.
We got take out tonight and food was ready at the time we were told. Everything was correct, and thatās important when itās takeout. Also, the food was delicious! Good job Chiliās!

We did have a wait time of 30 minutes but our waitress Tiana made our night waaayyyy better than it was going. Sheās the bomb.com šŖš½. She made sure our food was great and our drinks as well. She was very attentive even tho she had a lot of other tables.. we spent abt $80 there was two adults and 1 child ofc we had drinks. She recommended the margarita of the month and it was great

Food here is very good! The problem is there isn't enough staff. The restaurant is pretty much empty plenty of tables to be seated. But due to short staff that can't sit anyone it's horrible

My friends and I came here yesterday for my birthday dinner. One of my friends and I have never been here before, but my other friend had. They were short handed and very busy so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and those were so good so i had high hopes. One of my friends and I ordered chicken tenders and my other friend had a burger. When we got our food, my chicken tenders werenāt cooked all the way through and my fries were cold. I also got mac and cheese and it was honestly more of the cheese sauce and barely any noodles, and it was also cold. My friends also didnāt like their food with the same complaints of it being cold and her chicken not seeming to be cooked all the way through. The waitress was sweet and we felt bad and we know mistakes happen so of course we still tipped her but we barely ate any of our food and still paid close to $80 with tips. it wasnāt a great first experience. me and my friends understand mistakes happen and also gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the fact they only had 2 waitresses and a bartender.
