Got the bacon burger double patty, didn't have as much bacon as I thought it would. Also seemed like a half order or fries. Kiddos got mini burgers and wife got the chicken tenders with Nashville hot sauce. The service was good a little slow the food took forever but overall good. The old fashion was pretty rough.

Contrary to many, I have been a Chili’s lover for about 2 decades now. I genuinely love their franchise. However, this specific experience was… interesting. The server at first was pleasant and took a bit long ( was questioning it considering there was maybe 3 tables in the entire establishment. I pointed at their lunch deal and ask which she believed was best. She told em the triple dipper and so I ordered. She didn’t ask me what soup I wanted and so when she finally showed up maybe 15 minutes later, I asked if she had marked it down as their meal deal. Her demeanor was rude and completely dismissive like I just ruined her whole day ‘Well you got to specifically ask for it.’ To which I said ‘ I understand I had just shown you were I was making this selection so I assumed’ ( also considering I was right at lunch time which is when these deals would happen)’ she essentially snaps back at me and says something along the lines of ‘ Well I would have to go tell the kitchen and change the entire order’ WHAT?? You haven’t given me the bill, hell we haven’t even gotten our food. What would you have to change in the kitchen exactly? I said I wanted it to be a part of the deal, not a different dish. Anyways, I was with my 2 year old and was not about to put up a fight. Payed $32 and then tipped her $5 because she was hovering when I was paying. Bullied in plain sight at this establishment for no reason. Then to top it all off, my child’s corn had a hair on it.
Im not expecting Ritz Carlton service but a shed of human tact and decency would have made my experience nice. Why it took me 1.5 hrs to eat here is beyond me. She kept chit chatting and doing anything but servicing us. Too bad this is the only chilis in the area, I won’t be coming much longer.

Everything was dusty and dirty server paid no attention to us. This was such a long and frustrating visit when it should have just been a quick and pleasant dinner. I'm attaching a photo of the rail that runs along the wall that was caked in dust. The bathroom was also really gross. So gross my three year old refused to even use the toilet 😬 Had to ask for the appetizer to be brought to us nearly 20 minutes after it was ordered and it was only chips and salsa but people who got seated after us got their appetizers that were fries and such. Our server seemed really overwhelmed and was very forgetful but he was nice after he got snippy with me asking where the chips were. My steak was overcooked and so were the little slider patties. The sliders were dry and hard to chew so they didn't get ate and my steak was supposed to be medium rare but came out well done. The server did ask how the steak was and if it was cooked right because theyd been having problems all night with the cook but I just said don't bother because we had already been there so long I didn't have an extra 45 minutes to wait on another steak. The only decent part of the meal was the corn on the cob.

We arrived during the shift change only 1 waitress working and she was running her buns off so it took a while to get service. She did acknowledge us. We ordered and had excellent service. We got the bill and paid. On the way home looking at our bill we noticed it was incorrect. Called back spoke to someone who could not help us, she got the manager who helped us and was very nice. It appeared the over worked waitress didn’t enter our order correctly into the computer. The manager refunded our entire bill, which was very generous!

I was waiting for my family and friends to arrive, so I decided to sit at the bar and have a drink. The bartender was VERY rude and unattentive. This experience was horrible. We did not enjoy our meal. It was cold, and we were missing some of our food. I will never return to this one.

Ok so this review covers two visits. One several months ago when after we left we said we would never go back. We were met by hostess with a huff and she said “This isn’t my job but I’ll seat you.” We believe anyone can have a bad day so we forged on. 30 minutes later the same young woman came and took our drink orders. There were 5 of us. 30 minutes later we got drinks and she took our order with obvious disinterest. Nobody altered anything or asked for replacements or in any way added to the job’s requirements for decent service. Still, she managed to botch the order but by the time the food arrived, another hour and fifteen minutes later, we just accepted it. This was the third or fourth time service had been less than stellar. We have never had that problem in Chilis elsewhere, outside of Madison, AL. Today, we decided to give it another go since we were on that end of town and traffic was heavy. It was 1:15 so past the lunch rush. There were 3 servers moving about and 4 tables with customers. All 4 top, no large tables. As usual no seating hostess. We stood around waiting to be seated for a few minutes and were ignored. Then we looked a little closer. No less than 7 tables needed bussing. Flies were hovering over the leftovers on those tables. We did what seemed reasonable and walked next door to IHOP where the service was amazing even if the food wasn’t what we had in mind. Our server who doubled as a friendly host got a very nice tip. He seemed to be the only one there besides whoever was in the kitchen and yet he managed several tables, kept the place bussed and was friendly to boot. Whoever the management is at Chilis could use some tips. Never have we seen such surly disinterested service. This time we really won’t be back. Honestly, I’m shocked it’s still in business. Definitely NOT a good place to eat and after seeing the mess today, I do not trust the sanitation.

We were the first customers in and waited over five minutes before the server even approached us. Didn't introduce herself, served the food which was so-so, never checked to see if we needed anything or bring a refill until we were leaving. Brought out the tortillas before our toppings came out, so they were cold when it did. Her tip - 0. I read recently that Chili's was making a comeback. Really? Not this one.
