Went to buy some Halloween salt and pepper shakers and found all the ones I wanted. The staff was great!
Server was extremely slow.
Branden is the best server. Oh ya, the food is very good also.
Food is great , the servers themselves are wonderful... But this place is always short staffed on Sundays. And we're always told a much shorter wait time than reality. We generally get there around 12:45 and won't get served till 2:30. One of the baby toy racks was so haphazardly put together it almost fell on our toddler. But we still go because the food is so good for the price and we always have great servers who do their best for us. 100% management problems.
Lyric is the server for you. He is super attentive, great memory and so incredibly well spoken and polite! That kid is going places and if you want to upgrade your average home cooked meal experience to an elite level, you need Lyric. You get a fine dining feel and attention from your server without the price of fine dining food. Truly a blessed soul.
Horrible service. Food was not warm and tasteless. Waitress very unfriendly about accommodating.
The staff is always courteous, the store and restaurant is always immaculate. The quality of the food and the preparation is worth the wait. Kudos folks!
To cold
It's usually a good experience at this store. But I have seen many days when there just aren't enough servers for good wait times. The servers that do have working are hustling and giving their best with the situation

I ordered a catering meal for a party I was throwing over the weekend. The food was delivered on time, in perfect condition and the delivery driver offered to help me set up. She was very pleasant and kind! I will be using this catering option for my future parties!
