We had a great experience here! The customer service was great—Emily was so helpful and patient, and our drinks and food came out super quickly. The coffee and food were amazing, and we definitely should’ve ordered a bigger coffee because it was that good! The drive-thru is very convenient too. It was our first time at Crème Brew Lait, and it won’t be our last. So glad we tried this place! :)

The staff was so helpful. I asked for a paper menu which had more options than the drive through board. I was able to take my time ordering and they answered my questions. I ordered their iced strawberry shortcake latte with strawberry sprinkles. It was delicious. The right sweetness! I'll visit them again.

This place is an absolute gem!!! Tucked away on your local corner is the best coffee ever. After going a few times, I’m not sure why I ever suffered the mediocracy of other chains. The workers are the sweetest, efficient, consistent, and the prices are no more than your regular coffee (but 10x the quality)
I always get the iced Vietnamese Coffee, it’s so rich and delicious. My boyfriend loves the flower garden matcha (great quality matcha with herbals and blackberry)! Needless to say, there is something for everyone here :-)

The coffee was delicious and I love the personal touches. My oat milk cappuccino came with a tiny winter themed sticker on the sip hole to keep the coffee from spilling out the lid. And it came with a chocolate espresso candy on the lid. Service was friendly.

Crème Brew Lait is our favorite coffee spot in Madison! Why? Their drinks are accurately and consistently made. You know exactly what you’re getting, and the chocolate covered coffee beans and cute stickers are a little plus! The owners and Bridgette, the best barista, are friendly, courteous, and brighten your day.

This place is absolutely charming. Amazing coffee and CS! We stopped by while visiting family and were very impressed. Small roadside drive thru charm. Tried the Maple cold brew with Maple cold foam and the Creme Brew lait chilled over ice. Ask for their pamphlet for more offerings and history.

I ordered a coffee. What I received was a quiet confrontation with time, routine, and my own expectations.
The barista, Paris, operates as if aware that none of this technically matters, and yet—mysteriously—does it extremely well anyway. The espresso arrives precise, almost defiant, like it knows the heat death of the universe is inevitable but crema still deserves respect.
There is no wasted motion. No forced cheer. Just the calm energy of someone who has accepted the absurdity of existence and decided to steam milk correctly in spite of it.
I drank the coffee. It was excellent. The day did not improve, but I did.
Five stars. Would briefly question reality here again.

One morning, I was having the worst morning ever. My toddler had a tantrum and I was late for work. And I decided to stop for coffee to treat myself, because I really don’t frequent coffee shops very much. The woman serving me saw the Elsa doll in the front passenger seat beside me and said oh do you have a daughter and I said, holding back tears, “ Yes, but it’s been a morning”. And the woman, who is a little bit older than me, so it felt like a mentoring moment, said “You’re doing a good job, mom.” And all I could do was cry. Which, if you know from being in this situation, that was the exact thing that I needed to do: release the emotion before I take it in to work and break down there. So yes, I agree with the other reviews that this place has GREAT coffee. But it has even better customer service. The human element is what we all need these days. I am so thankful for that woman and the effort that she went to see my need and address my pain because she absolutely made my day 100% better. Thank you for what you do for our community!
