The frosted sugar cookie is my favorite and it used to be a standard part of their menu but unfortunately it hasn't been offered the last few times I've eaten at Crumbl. This time I decided to try the pink velvet cake. It was really good! But the middle hardly had any frosting like it showed it would in the picture so that was disappointing since the frosting was the best part (the blob sticking out of the side of the picture is really all there was.) It was my first time in there. The staff was not very friendly and seemed like they didn’t want to help me figure out how to order. We figured it out on our own. Also the computer said the Oreos were sold out but they were not.
The food and service was excellent. I was greeted immediately upon entry and my brownie was moist and rich in flavor. The space was small, and didn't promote eating in. It was just enough for you to run in, grab your item and go.
