We were waiting for out order. Saw a table near us that ordered well after us get food that looks like our order and saw the other table rummaging through the food, looking confused and eating sides.

Went to the front, said that I think another table got our order and explained what we saw. While I was still standing there, an employee came up with the trays of mis-delivered food.

The impression I got was that they expected me to take that food that was mis-delivered, even saying they didn't touch the food. It wasn't till I stated that I'm not taking the food and we saw them touching the food that they asked the kitchen to remake the order.

Then I just asked for a refund. Which they did.

My biggest concern and the reason for the review is that if that store is willing to take food from one table to another, what other things are they cutting corners on. I am confident that if we hadn't witnessed the other table receive our order, it would have been brought to our table after being handled

Culver's used to be my go to. Loved the burgers but I found a few hairs in my burger. When I went in and told the manager. Also, I showed her the hair. It was exactly 3 hairs at one time. She said, that sometimes happens because it's not mandatory for the to wear hair nets. So I gave it couple months. Went back today and I be damn if there wasn't a hair in my burger again. They really need to clean up there kitchen and wear hair nets. Just disgusting. I won't be going back ever. This place needs to be throughly inspected. Filthy...is an understatement.

This was not our original plan but after lack of customer service at Captain D's in Athens...we came here. Staff was very friendly... restaurant was very clean and well stocked and the food was perfection!

This review relates to curbside ordering only. I order curbside usually and at least half time if not more, it takes longer to get my food than those in the drive thru. I often have to call to check on the order. Today it took 20 minutes past my pickup time to get my food. Unfortunately, this is a usual occurrence. My record so far is 28 minutes for just a concrete.

Just use the drive thru.
