Culver's used to be my go to. Loved the burgers but I found a few hairs in my burger. When I went in and told the manager. Also, I showed her the hair. It was exactly 3 hairs at one time. She said, that sometimes happens because it's not mandatory for the to wear hair nets. So I gave it couple months. Went back today and I be damn if there wasn't a hair in my burger again. They really need to clean up there kitchen and wear hair nets. Just disgusting. I won't be going back ever. This place needs to be throughly inspected. Filthy...is an understatement.

This was not our original plan but after lack of customer service at Captain D's in Athens...we came here. Staff was very friendly... restaurant was very clean and well stocked and the food was perfection!

This review relates to curbside ordering only. I order curbside usually and at least half time if not more, it takes longer to get my food than those in the drive thru. I often have to call to check on the order. Today it took 20 minutes past my pickup time to get my food. Unfortunately, this is a usual occurrence. My record so far is 28 minutes for just a concrete.
Just use the drive thru.

Culvers will always be 5⭐️ in my book. They'd really have to mess up big time to lose that spot. Now, having said that, do they have a new onion rings a ding ding going on? I thought they were thick cut, but these were very thing. Still delicious, but different than what I remembered.

I am quite displeased with this establishment. If you modify an item, such as no cheese on your fish sandwich, there is a $0.30 surcharge for the absence of cheese. This implies that individuals with lactose intolerance may be unfairly penalized. It is not a satisfactory practice.

It's a fast-food restaurant. There is no atmosphere. The food at Culver's is great. I really enjoy the fried cheese curds instead of fries. Service is usually very responsive and accurate, but can be a little slow because they presumably prepare each order fresh.
