Love the food, nice people...but every time I order I am missing something!! I continue to go, for years now..but never once have I gotten home with my entire order...and when I call, never an apology or well make it up to you for having to go back to get item!!!

I enjoy the burgers always, nothing to say about the food, it’s made upon order so it’s fresh. The only small thing is they should get the payment extension for those of us who use tap options. It’s not convenient to hand your phone to the employee so they can tap, I’ve seen too many instances of phones dropping etc. and that causes a whole bunch of unnecessary hassles, just a small suggestion that makes a big difference. That’s all.

I placed an online order to pick up after I got off from work. 2 minutes after placing my order, I received a call stating that they were out of cheese curds. The same lady who called me, brought out my food. I asked her about refunding me for the 2 orders of missing cheese curds and she stated that my refund would show up on my card in a few business days. That was 12/21. I call back today, 12/30, because my refund wasn't on my card. 2 managers tell me that the refund was no where in the system, and because it wasn't, I wouldn't receive my money back. How can a company not have a product available, take your money, but not give it back!?!?!?!? The 2nd manager states that I had to come inside the store that day for my refund. If that was the case, why didn't the lady who I spoke to about the refund tell me that when we were discussing my refund!?!? I've called corporate to handle the situation and I will no longer spend my hard earned money at this location. This was extremely unfair and unprofessional!

Okay food, but check your food before you leave because if it's wrong they won't refund for that item unless you return to the restaurant, which during your lunch hour can be difficult. Tried again after last review, its worse now. Don't order curbside here. Goto another location.

We love Culver’s but will never again use delivery by Uber Eats. The driver had 3 stops before us & the food arrived cold, the ice melted in the soft drink. The food arrived 1 hour & 5 minutes after I ordered.

Stephen (crew leader) was helpful, courteous and has a wonderful attitude! He was patient with us, even though we came in 15 minutes to close. Thank you for being so kind! I appreciate the side of cheese sauce for my fries!

Since this location has been open it has went down hill. I have ordered food and given it chance after chance and I’m disappointed… I just ordered food and it was cold and wasn’t made correctly… paid for sauces and didn’t get neither one I paid for. No straws no napkins no sauce and food made wrong. What’s the point of customized orders if they are not going to pay attention… fries were cold … I’ve tried to give this location a chance but since being open it’s went down hill and the service is awful. I’m Done with this location never again.
