2.5 at best....Ordered: 16 New York, 8 wings, loaded tots. The food was ok....wings, don't order, not worth the money (little to no seasoning, and extremely small). Tots, ok. Pizza was good, but not close to New York style (crust too thick). TIP: DO NOT OVERTIP THINKING THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR PIZZA FASTER AND WARMER TO YOU! I did this and the driver still made a stop on the way. The pizza was lukewarm, cheese on tots was blah. Wings, once again, not worth the money.

I have ordered pizza 2 days this week & had it delivered. Both times I have had to take the pizza back because it was not right. I had to pay for delivery and tip and still have to get out my bed & go to the store. I don’t know what’s going on there but it’s not fair to the customer. And all they say is we will refix it no sorry no refund no nothing. I’m gone just going to have to start ordering from other pizza places cause this is getting ridiculous.

The order was 45 mines late (ordered at 3:19PM, longer than it should have).
Requested well done, it was soggy.
The food was cold and soggy.
The Parmesan bread sticks did not come with sauce.
When I complained on the app they only offered me points or a % off. Normally we love dominos but this was the worst we ever had.

First let me start with….. does anyone wear gloves? Not one employee had gloves on touching people’s pizza. They were fast. Just way to fast. The wings were slimy . Like they were thawed and not cooked . Just look at how they looked ??. Like come on people . I’m done with this place . They are always wasting my money. Please just shut it down already

we used to go here often but there's been several times where we placed an order and it said it was going to be ready in 20 minutes but we've waited up to 2 hrs. we have gone with only one person working, which isn't the employees fault but just terrible for the company. we now go to the one in Harvest which is great and timely!

The Buffalo chicken was great but .....You people don't know what a New York Pizza is. I believe they sent me a thin crust pizza and they just cut it into bigger pieces. It was horrible. My grandson loves pepperoni pizza and he didn't even eat it!

Worst dominos location! Ordered pizza on a non busy night and waited 2 hours in total for my pizza. Tried to order dominos again, thinking they were just having a bad night and again waited at the store for over an hour to get 2 pizzas!

Ordered delivery, order never came, was marked as delivered according to the app. Called and called no one picked up the phone, shocker there. This location does not care about its customers, and owners seem to care even less. Ordered at 8pm on 5/10/2024. Took my money, with tip for the driver and never delivered the food. They have not answered the phone in the last two days. Maybe will order one day when current owners sell due to poor customer service.

Extremely slow service. I placed my order and drove 10 minutes away to pick it up. When I pulled up to the drive through there were about 5 cars in front of me. I waited patiently only to pull up to the window and be told my other would be ready in 15-20 min. I went in 2 times after the app said I was ready. 51 min later and they still haven't brought it out yet. Avoid this location if you can.

I won’t be surprised when this dominos goes out of business. Worst experience every time I order.and before you comment telling me to call or email about me experience, don’t. I just finished calling 10 times where I got an answer from someone who actually talked one time. Half of the times I called someone answered and just didn’t say anything and let the phone sit there and the other half, I didn’t get an answer at all. Get some employees who can actually do their job.
