Absolute garbage pizza. Delivery driver went on 40 minute sight seeing tour when we live 7 minutes away. Pizza was cold, not cooked right and just shit all around. 50 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and some breadsticks with a 20% off coupon is a joke

I sat on the phone for 45 minutes waiting on a person to answer the phone, so I could change my order from carryout to delivery since you can't change it on the app. But I sat listening to the bullshit deals for 45 minutes without an answer. An I’m still waiting on them to pick up the store on 72 never answers it’s always the stupid recording. They need to do away with the recording an go back to people taking peoples order this is stupid it’s like what happen to customer service bc it’s not hard for someone to answer the phone. It has been almost a hour now and I’m still waiting an havnt spoken to anyone an I have called off of 4 different phones.

I didn’t receive all my food because the app had a glitch and was charged $35 for 2 medium pizzas. I called several times and was hung up on after waiting on hold. I finally got in touch with someone and was told because the app had a glitch it was nothing they could do. My kids are on a fixed income it this was their treat for the week. I am so disappointed. I didn’t even want a refund just credit for what I paid for. The lady on the phone didn’t care at all. Dominos I’m so disappointed in this. You always corrected the problem. I wasn’t the only person that has complained tonight, you should have honored my order.

Before you read on, just know that I am a person who has ordered the same pineapple, Philly steak, pepper combination for YEARS, so if you don’t feel like pineapple goes on pizza, my opinion is irrelevant to you!😂
I’ve been ordering here for a couple of years and while the quality of the pizza from organizing, cutting, and cooking, SOMETIMES (only a few times) came as a hit or miss, the service has never been an issue!
I live on the third floor and typically meet the drivers in the parking lot (in which they are appreciative). Today I was late and the driver “Jacob” was everything you would want in a pizza delivery bro! He had a funny joke, handed over the pizza and went to finish business! It was a nostalgic feeling and reminded me of the nostalgic vibe and culture of long time pizza lovers!🍕 Special shout out to delivery bro Jacob for bringing the good vibes. The world sure does need it nowadays!

2.5 at best....Ordered: 16 New York, 8 wings, loaded tots. The food was ok....wings, don't order, not worth the money (little to no seasoning, and extremely small). Tots, ok. Pizza was good, but not close to New York style (crust too thick). TIP: DO NOT OVERTIP THINKING THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR PIZZA FASTER AND WARMER TO YOU! I did this and the driver still made a stop on the way. The pizza was lukewarm, cheese on tots was blah. Wings, once again, not worth the money.

I have ordered pizza 2 days this week & had it delivered. Both times I have had to take the pizza back because it was not right. I had to pay for delivery and tip and still have to get out my bed & go to the store. I don’t know what’s going on there but it’s not fair to the customer. And all they say is we will refix it no sorry no refund no nothing. I’m gone just going to have to start ordering from other pizza places cause this is getting ridiculous.

Requested well done, it was soggy.
The food was cold and soggy.
The Parmesan bread sticks did not come with sauce.
When I complained on the app they only offered me points or a % off. Normally we love dominos but this was the worst we ever had.

First let me start with….. does anyone wear gloves? Not one employee had gloves on touching people’s pizza. They were fast. Just way to fast. The wings were slimy . Like they were thawed and not cooked . Just look at how they looked ??. Like come on people . I’m done with this place . They are always wasting my money. Please just shut it down already

we used to go here often but there's been several times where we placed an order and it said it was going to be ready in 20 minutes but we've waited up to 2 hrs. we have gone with only one person working, which isn't the employees fault but just terrible for the company. we now go to the one in Harvest which is great and timely!

The Buffalo chicken was great but .....You people don't know what a New York Pizza is. I believe they sent me a thin crust pizza and they just cut it into bigger pieces. It was horrible. My grandson loves pepperoni pizza and he didn't even eat it!
