I just ordered delivery. They knocked on my door and by the time I walked over to the door they were gone, with my two pizzas. They didn’t call or answer my calls. Completely outrageous and infuriating.

Ordered at 5pm for pickup at 5:20-5:30. Arrived at 5:30 and sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window.When someone did, they said no one put the order into the oven and they could cancel or I could wait 20 more minutes.One hour for alfredo sauce and noodles for my daughter. Bunch of idiots work here

They count the sauce as one of the toppings unless you have no sauce or the original tomato sauce. What happens when you have a customer that's allergic to tomatoes? Why are they treated with up charges? I will not be returning.

I had the worst experience at this Domino's pizza. The delivery was over 2 hours late, and all the on-duty manager had to say was the store had a technical glitch. My delivery is normally at the Jeff store location. I had already tipped the driver and the manager was unqualified because he did not know how to handle a mix-up. He told me it was my responsibility to fix everything.

When ordering online the given time for pick up was way off. Arrived at recommended pick up time and was told another 20 mins. Giving more accurate times is something management should look into.

We ordered on the app tonight but after waiting little over an hour and with the tracker still showing it was being made we tried calling the store. It took a couple of tries, we kept getting hung up on. I could understand if this was a Friday night or the weekend but anyways. Once we finally got ahold of someone he said he was the manager and the app is never right on time… We pulled in and they were on their phones and stuff so clearly not busy.

We have ordered delivery from this Domino's location for YEARS; it is the only location that offers delivery to our home address. In the past few months, service has been HORRIBLE. The tracker that gives estimated delivery times is a joke.I don't know if they are understaffed or poorly managed (or likely both), but the last two times we've ordered from them our order has sat in the "bake" stage for well over an hour. The first time I was able to call and cancel the order after the manager told me that it was going to be another TWO HOURS before our order would arrive. Are you kidding me? Three hours for delivery?!The second time (which is happening as I write this review) we are in the same boat -- it's been an hour already that the order has been in the "bake" stage. I've been on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes trying to cancel the order.I've skimmed the reviews and see it is the same issue for most people. If you'll notice, every "Response from the owner" is from a different person, so clearly someone is having fun replying to these complaints pretending to be the owner. No one actually cares to improve this service.

Placed an order at 5:05pm with a 35 minute wait-time on the App. I called the store at 6:00pm since my order hadn’t arrived. I talked to the first employee after (calling twice) waiting for 10 minutes. The manager said he’d call me back and hung up on me. I called the store again and waited to speak to him yet again . William (Manager) basically did nothing. He said the app time was wrong and offered zero solution. I told him I wanted a full refund and was told, “ok”. Horrible customer service with ZERO concern for my order. So, an hour and a half later and NO dinner. Do yourself a favor and call Papa John’s on County Line in Madison.
