I ordered the califlower crust veggie pizza and OMG is this the best thing I've had all week! I had to change my diet for my overall health, and when I saw Donatos made this crust I decided to try it. Not knowing how delicious this thing is! I can't stop eating it... ?❤️Vegetarian options: You can get the cauliflower crust, and veggie's. Even the sauce can be vegan.

Ordered on the app. Chose curbside. Arrived 2 minutes after pizza ready and no one came out after sitting several minutes. No big deal. However, crust was burnt. The “serious cheese” was actually a cheese pizza not cheese bread. Unfortunate experience. Was hoping for

I would like my address, which is .6 miles away added to delivery. This is ridiculous.
My husband decided to surprise me with pizza for lunch and upon opening the box we see that the pizza literally has missing slices. We call immediately to inform the store since my husband just left. We’re told that there is nothing they can do. We weren’t looking for a refund, as we enjoy eating here. I was simply hoping we could get a remake for peace of mind but nope. We were told that sometimes the pieces get stuck to the top of the box. Uhmmm ok. That definitely wasn’t the case for our vegan pizza. Shame on management for poor problem solving and customer service.

They get a one rating because it doesn't let me do a zero rating. I've eaten there multiple times and tried delivery several times.whatever you order for delivery, they will be out of. They are always out of the gluten free crust and usually out of the cauliflower. The cauliflower crust is pretty bad. The gluten free is decent. Really I've never had better than marginal food there, and typically it's bad with bad service. I'd just advise avoiding it and trying something else for most people. For those of us that require a gluten free diet, just pass it by at all costs. Don't even think about it. No pictures because it really doesn't deserve any.

Tried to take advantage of the entree salad deal with a large pizza offered online but the system would not add the deal to my order. So I called and ordered-large pizza (thicker crust) with an Italian entree salad. After taking some time to find the deal, the very nice employee added the deal to the order. Sent my husband to pick up the order. Instead received a thin crust pizza and no salad. Didn’t realize it was thin crust until at home and box was opened. Fine. Still wanted my salad though. Husband had to go all the way back for the salad. I understand inflation-everything is more expensive these days but the least you could do as a business is get my order correct. That’s not an unreasonable expectation.

This pizza is the worst pizza in town!!! they missed up my order and my cousins order and i seen roaches in the bathroom and on the floor i do not recommend no one to eat here
