The worst Dunkin in America and possibly the world

Every time I go through the drive-through, there is never anything in stock. If you don't have anything else have glazed donuts they never have them. I will even go down the list at what they do have they always tell me everything is out how can it be the middle of the day and you're out of donuts and that is what you sell you walk in they don't speak to you. you're standing at the register for five minutes before they even come to the register and when they come to the register, they don't even speak. They just look at you waiting on you to start placing your order

Unfortunately, today was not a good day for this Dunkin. We were in the drive thru line 15 mins before ordering. Once we paid they sent us to the next drive thru window. 10 mins later they brought the breakfast sandwich. About 5 mins after that they came back to the window and asked what we were waiting for. We said our two coffees. The employee wanted to see a receipt.. to see that we ordered coffee. I let her know the lady at the first window did not offer one to us. And that one sandwich was not $15+. When they finally brought us our coffees one was wrong, they had to remake. Got down the road and finally opened the bag and noticed the sandwich was a completely different sandwich than the sticker on the bag.
I’ve worked in many food places and I try really hard not to judge and understand being busy or having staffing issues. However we saw 5+ employees there just through the windows. So I don’t think that was the issue here. I try to be understanding, but today was very frustrating. We always hear how this location has run down. We decided to give it another try and realized quickly that was a terrible idea. We will not be returning.

Absolutely awful. After waiting for 10 minutes to pay for what I ordered. I waited 20 minutes for the wrong order. I asked for a refund rather than accept the wrong order or wait even longer for the right thing. They insisted they cannot do refunds and could only remake the order. I'm still sitting here 15 minutes later on the remake. It's just a sandwich and hashbrowns

My boyfriend and I frequent this location as we live within walking distance and we order the same thing every time we go. We have been three times this week (have had a lot of projects going on and he loves his espresso shots) and each time we have had snide and rude attitudes from the cashiers in the windows. It seems like a lot of playing and goofing off going on, inside the store and in the parking lot.
Personal conversations are being had while customers are sitting at the window receiving their order. I, personally, do not want to hear about an employee’s drama at 9 am in the morning but instead would like to have eye contact be made and be asked if I have everything I need and be told to have a great day as I leave. These things do not happen here. I understand having a lighthearted work environment but it seems there are very rude and ill mannered teenagers working the window and I cannot differentiate between young kids and management at this point. There are similar reviews to mine and I hope there are changes made at this location immediately so we can enjoy going instead of now thinking twice before we go.

My husband and I recently went through the drive-thru and ordered a turkey sausage egg sandwich with white cheese, hash browns, and a small iced coffee. While we were waiting, the cashier, who was wearing headphones, was complaining about not wanting to work when it snows. We asked her if she drives a front-wheel-drive car, and she nodded yes. We encouraged her, saying, "You can go to work even in the snow if you drive safely."
When we pulled up to the pickup window, we waited for five minutes for our order. A young woman quickly opened the window to hand us our food and, in an unfriendly tone, said, "Here you go!" She didn’t thank us for our patience or say good morning; instead, she slammed the window shut before we could inform her that the egg was missing from our wake-up wrap.
My husband had an early flight home from Philadelphia, and he was hungry, so he didn’t want to go into the restaurant to fix the order. I have experience working at the drive-thru of two separate fast-food restaurants, and I know that providing friendly customer service with accuracy is of utmost importance when dealing with the public.
I would like to see improvements in the service at this location. We have been loyal customers of Dunkin' Donuts for over two decades, and this is my first time writing a review, hoping that our complaints will be heard.

This location literally never has things, like I’m so curious if there’s a manager there that knows how to do ordering??!?? And the associates are rude. Always having attitudes as if they don’t need this job. As if they didn’t sign up to work customer service. Please get a reality check and get it together. The attitude makes us women of color look bad. Do better!!

Every time I go, every 👏 single 👏 time 👏 they are out of eggs, and they are out of lemonade. Wth DO you have, anyway? Sounds like I’d be better off scrounging around my fridge lmao!
I come here every few months or so in the hope that it’s improved. But nothing ever changes!! Can something please be done here???
I doubt the employees are happy. As someone who’s worked in fast food before, let me just tell you: it helps NO ONE when you don’t stock up sufficiently. Not the customers, not the employees, and not yourself! The manager needs to start ordering supplies like hello? You work at a restaurant, girl. There are things 👏 to-do…

I received terrible service. The manager lacked basic common sense and organizational skills. I'm sticking with Sunrise Donuts on 72 and Wall Triana. If you have 30 minutes to kill for 2 very average donuts then this Dunkin Donuts should be your choice!
