This place is a joke! Just left there my boyfriend pulled up to the front to let me out to go in to order. Not even a min later she asked me to move my car. Im not driving he is and he was in the process of doing so. I asked about the cold foam bc everytime I order it on my drink it never has it on there. So the black lady that works there over heard me and wanna make a face and have an attitude I know that's why she said something about moving the car. She act like I just drove up and hopped out WRONG I wasn't even driving. Then the girl gonna slam my drink on the counter and say have a good day in a smart tone. Plus it took them FORever to make one drink and only one car was in drive thru and I was the only customer in lobby. These folks have lost my business and I work next door so I ve let the company I work for know and they have lost thier business as well. I dont have time for an attitude bc I asked about cold foam. You guys need to get a new manager over there bc she wanna get smart when you ask anything. I will never step food in this place again!

Always Have Faith

Very rude employees/staff. They don’t even acknowledge you or speak when you walk in. Be prepared to wait at the counter while they run around like fumbling idiots as if you’re not standing there. You all need to get this location together. This is the only location Ive received horrible service at. They didn’t greet me, but while standing there a different race walked in and it was “Good morning!!” Wow what a joke😂When I asked for the store manager’s info, she’s not in. That’s not what I asked. The manager on duty was just as worse. I see why this location is in the shape it’s in😏The workers need training in customer service and professionalism smh, workers and management

This place has great food, great coffee, but the absolute worst service! I really hope they figure it out it’s such a good location! Really rude, super slow employees! There will literally be no one there and they sound like they’re going through rush hour!!

Even when not busy so slow, rude employees, and even after long wait cold food. Even when wishing rude girl at window a nice day she ignores you. These employees need to learn basic manners (as well as a sense of urgency)

This Dunkin is less than 1/2 mile from a high school. EVERY morning, students and parents stop there before going to school. EVERY morning they seem ill prepared to handle the amount of people. How is it still a surprise to them that people are coming there? Why does it take 30 mins to get in/out EVERY morning? If you have a breakfast restaurant, one would think the “rush” would be in the morning.

Ordered here twice and the first time I just thought it was a fluke. So. Damn. Slow.

The second order didn’t even get started until I told the woman I was here. It’s not that busy but only one person working up front.

This morning was the day after Christmas however the girl that was taking orders was rude on the drive thru and when I finally got my donuts 30 min. Later she corrected me saying they aren’t slow they’re busy! But y’all are busy constantly and waiting for 30+ min in the drive thru is pretty bad and a lot of cars went on ahead so y’all lost a lot of business! Hopefully, y’all can be the best DD around again! No apologies no thank you Nuttin just a rude little girl!!

I ordered myself a breakfast treat today for the first time in a while. I want to give a big shout out to the staff here. They are always kind and professional. One young lady (I wish I got her name) was very sweet to me and tried to cheer me up as I was having a moment (stress crying) waiting for my order. Thank you so much for your kindness, it made my day better.
