Ordered the turkey bacon ranch and very disappointed. The bread was not toasted so the sandwich was soggy and they did not put on the peppercorn ranch which is an ingredient for the sandwich! They just put on an abundance amount of mayonnaise instead. Threw out 95% of the sandwich and will likely not return. Very disappointing considering I treat myself twice a month for lunch out.

The quality of the sandwich that my wife and I received for the amount of money we spent was great. The sandwich was an excellent portion size and was at a great price point. They are doing a deal right now in the app where you can get two medium sandwiches for $14

The customer service was great. Could only eat takeout. We ordered hot subs( Club on a sub and steak and cheese) both large size. The buns we not toasted at all and were extremely soggy! The toppings and actually subs were made well, just the buns made it not that great.

What is the point of placing an online order for “rapid” rescue to go if you still have to wait 20 minutes after your estimated ready time and 40 minutes after you actually ordered it and see everyone in the restaurant that ordered in person after you receive their sandwich?

Very pleased with the accuracy of my order as well as the pick up time....walked in the door and name was called for order ready

Went from a 2 star place back to a good 4 star. Average firehouse with service and food . Nothing special but nothing to complain about

What a disgusting place after waiting 10 mins for someone to take my order I walked on the sticky floors to the drink machine where I got ice covered in black specks the machine itself had dried coke all over it finally after another 20 mins I get my order and it's literally leaking out of the bag it's soaked it water or something?!!! So for $15 I got a bag of Doritos for lunch! While I love firehouse in general but this particular restaurant should be shutdown it's a disgusting place with horrible service.
