Went from a 2 star place back to a good 4 star. Average firehouse with service and food . Nothing special but nothing to complain about

What a disgusting place after waiting 10 mins for someone to take my order I walked on the sticky floors to the drink machine where I got ice covered in black specks the machine itself had dried coke all over it finally after another 20 mins I get my order and it's literally leaking out of the bag it's soaked it water or something?!!! So for $15 I got a bag of Doritos for lunch! While I love firehouse in general but this particular restaurant should be shutdown it's a disgusting place with horrible service.

Took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. After 15 minutes I asked about my order and was told it was being prepared. Only after asking to cancel my order another 15 minutes later was the order even started. Staff has terrible attitudes, and they were even cursing at eachother in front of the customers. This is the worst Firehouse I have been to, and won't be going back. I understand being behind, but even when the line cleared, my order wasn't being worked on until I asked to cancel it.

Nicky is a great manager on the Saturday morning shift. She's flexible and even makes things happen when she is short staffed.

I would rate lower if I could. My sandwich was supposed to be on white no mayo or mustard. It was made on wheat and my husband found a hair in his. They remade our sandwiches. Mine AGAIN was on wheat. The THIRD one was on white but covered on MAYO. I said I need a refund, the manager told me I could just leave and he wasn't making any more. He said He can refuse to make more food. I got the refund but I will NEVER be back at this firehouse

HORRIBLE!
The staff can’t read the tickets and gave my family food with things on it they asked for off and/or allergic too. They had to remake my mother’s sandwich twice and when she tried to explain why it was still wrong the second time, the guy behind the counter had the nerve to YELL at her stating he had every right refuse service. I get that you’re allowed to refuse service but when you mess up and give a customer food that could KILL them is horribly rude to belittle them for making sure they live! Also, they messed up my dad’s order and complete FORGOT to remake his until something was said! NEVER have been embarrassed at this location before and I was completely shocked! Not coming back.

I cannot stand when there are items on the menu and they no longer carry the items to make it. They have two items containing chicken advertised but "we don't carry chicken any more"

Why is it so hard to remove the items from the menu?

Food was really good. Service was kind of slow and they forgot the pickles when I asked for extra. All things that are subjective to individual experiences. Overall atmosphere was ok.

Ari, Matt, and Josh did a fantastic job. I got the BBQ Cuban and it was made extremely well! The portions were great and even to where you got everything in every bite! I would recommend this location especially if they are working!
