New favorite is steak and chess and no not just giving a 5 star review beacues I work here. In general this place is the best over all north Alabama quick and easy staff is very talkative and welcomeing.. and I also love working here I would recommend this to anyone and I recommend y'all download the mobile app so you can get free subs

I was treated terribly.....I wasn't greeted, the atmosphere wasn't inviting at all...and when I said something one of the employees tried to get an attitude with me over it..

I loved when Firehouse came to our town, but nowadays the kids they hire for these positions dont care about any professionalism nor doing their job, literally. Guess we'll have to go to the one in Huntsville...

One word, soggy. I ordered the Italian to go. Was on my way to work, where I wear a uniform. The sub was sitting in a puddle of juices. The bottom of the sub was the consistency of dumplings. I had to struggle 6 get anything on my uniform due to constant dripping. Could only eat half my sub minus the bottom bread. By the time I got to my second half, the top bread was soggy, too. Lost my appetite. I didn't add or change anything on my sandwich and ordered it the way they made it. Won't be going back. I would have eaten Habatchi Express. They weren't open. Had to settle. Won't go back to this firehouse again. Yuck

I came in today 8/15 at around 4:30 for a late lunch and ordered me and my husband some sandwiches. The gentleman at the counter was professional and personable he took my name got my order very quickly. I got home and it was the wrong order! I called to let the store know what happened and he immediately remembered me and was very apologetic and said he tried to run after me after but I had already pulled away. He said I could come back and he would remake my whole order. I got back to the store and my order was remade. The whole staff was very sweet and it made my entire day.
This type of service meant a lot because I am pregnant right now. If you know you know. ?
This group of gentlemen deserve all of the recognition for their wonderful service!
