Great customer service. When ordering on line I had made a mistake. Took it back thinking it was their error but manager explained what I had done wrong. Immediately made me a corrected sandwich! Awesome folks…friendly even though they were very busy. Thank you and our sandwiches were delicious!!!

I was at the hospital with a sick child and was wanting something right here and quick. I called a total of 6 times. No answer and the. The One time I did get answer the young black lady answered and put me on hold. As I watched her pick up and put me on hold she got back on her cell phone, not one customer in the place. Smh I went somewhere else.

Have yet to ever receive a complete order where everything paid for was accurate. More times than not we have been forced to live with what we get. If the kids didn’t love the kids meals we would settle for subway over this consistent negative experience.
Usually I am quite pleased with my troops to this firehouse. This time not so much. The staff was more pre-occupied with discussing a co-worker moving than paying attention to the orders. I ordered my wife's sub with extra lettuce and got less lettuce than we normally get on a regular sub. I will come back as my family still loves the subs here but it might be awhile before I return.

My experience at this firehouse sublocation was really good. They have a great menu new Sandwich that my mom Troy. I think she liked it. I got the hook and wire. I always get that 1. They have a new online order system. Which is very easy to use and you get points. So I would rarely recommend this business of a family orientated business.

Fire house has been a favorite for many years. They have a first responder attitude and donate to many of our local towns. Gteat group. We get take out at least once a week.

Do not order through this site and use active menus. It is not through their fire house website. It is a ordering service and firehouse had to look up my order and the active menus charged me an extra $8. Not happy with that.Kid-friendliness: Rating has nothing to do with fire house guys and gals are friendly and get you out in a timely matter.
