Refused to eat at this facility. When we called at 3:43 Saturday to ask a question about accessibilty with dining, this girl, with an accent was very, very rude. Would not, and could not say anything to her for her talking over you, and couldn't get the question out. With all the competition in this area, wr DO NOT NEED anyone in customer service with that attitude. We will not purchase from this restaurant as long as the employee(s) have no moral compass.

Absolutely love this Five Guys location in Town Madison! The staff is super friendly and the service is always quick. The burgers are cooked fresh to order and come out juicy and flavorful every time. Fries are hot, crispy, and generously portioned—definitely a must if you're a fan of that real potato taste. The place is clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. If you're in the area and craving a great burger, this is the spot!

It’s official! Five Guys in Madison Alabama sucks. Worst five guys ever tonite. Didn’t know it could be bad. Took a bite of each thing and threw it straight in the trash. Probably wasn’t a good sign when the guy hucked a bag of food at me that was already cold and grease soaked. I wasn’t late to pickup either. Was surprised it was done that fast. Fries just came out fryer and somehow cold. How does that even happen? Hate to say ChickFilA gonna be the next victim of Madison.

We ate there with our youth group. I always love 5 guys! I got a little cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and A-1 sauce along with Cajun fries. Yummy!

The most blandest, greasiest, and soggiest burger I ever had!! No this is not a exaggeration my burger tasted absolutely bland and I tasted nothing but grease, could barely even taste the cheese. On top of that the buns were not even toasted so all that grease destroyed the buns and was just a disgusting soggy mess. Couldn't even take a second bite. Only good thing was the fries and since they give a lot of fries that was enough to fill me up at least. But for 20$ definitely not worth it if that's how they're making there burgers.
