This is the most well run Five Guys I’ve ever been to, and perhaps the most professional service staff I’ve interacted with in any fast food restaurant ever.It is an extremely refreshing experience to patronize this establishment relative to most places these days which are seemingly staffed with middle school dropouts and/or people who just don’t care.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat a burger out. The downside is that they seem to think they have the best burgers in the world because of the prices. They are definitely overpriced.
When I placed my to go order I chose not to tip, and it appeared that I was treated different immediately. When I opened my order at home the burger was wet and sloppy and the fries were minimal. Avoid this Five

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, onion, mayo, and pickle. First got a burger with just cheese on it. Went to the counter and let them know and they fixed it. Decided to check before I bit into it and had to go back to the counter again because they still didn't put everything on there. The second time I was just handed the toppings instead of them fixing it. Don't waste your time at this location.

If you’re a Five Guy’s fan like me, you’ll love this one. It’s a convenient location if you’re in Madison. The dining area is good size. The usual friendly service with a smile. A good addition to the Clift Farm area!

My go to place for a quick value meal, either dine in or takeout. The burgers are delicious and I love the options for toppings (thank you for grilled onions and jalapeños). The fries are so amazing and they always give som extra. For something extra, get one of their delicious shakes.
Horrible experience with the shift manager tonight Nov 22, 2023 at 6:30. I was yelled at by this woman for putting peanuts in a bag. This was a to go order for three people. So I was going to put peanuts in a bag for us. I have done this numerous times at a variety of Five Guys. She was rude and loud. I have been at this location a few times but never had such an experience. She needs to work on how she speaks to people.

No kid drinks! Compared to other Five Guys, not great. Still a good burger. The meat on my burger didn't have any crispy edges, and was slightly pink inside. The lettuce on the burger was almost all white stalk parts. Most importantly to me, unlike other locations, this one doesn't offer kids drinks.Dietary restrictions: Fries are cooked in peanut oil, and there are peanuts in boxes.Kid-friendliness: No kids drinks, no activities for kids, no kid meals.
