This place is terrible. It's 8 AM in the morning on a workday and only the drive-through is open backed up really far and it appears there's actually only one person working. Don't waste your time coming here.

Food was good. Service was polite and everything was fine. No issues at all. My only possible complaint was that there weren't napkins in the bag. I hadn't asked for napkins, so I don't fault them much for that. I hadn't been to a Hardee's in over a decade, but this was certainly better than anything I could have gotten at the McDonald's next door. I only went in for a second (to get napkins) so I didn't experience much of the ambiance.

I am done with this location. For the third time I went to get breakfast today and lights were on, cars in the parking lot (assuming employees) and again I sat at the drive through with no response at all for a long time and left as did the person in front of me. Feel badly for the person who pulled in behind me. The owner must treat their employees horribly and understaffed. It's ridiculous. No idea how it is still open. It used to be great. So sad.

This place is disgusting. The kitchen was a mess and my husband & child both got food poisoning from their meals. Took them the whole weekend to somewhat recover. Thankfully I didn’t eat here or I too would’ve fallen ill. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I have always loved this location when I lived in Madison so I will drive the longer trip from my new location, but never again. The staff have always been very nice but the business hours are non existent. After a long night of no sleep I thought I would get breakfast. They open at 4am I drove up around 5:15am and was told "We just got here so it will be about 45 minutes " SERIOUSLY??? Whoever runs/owns this location is running it into the ground. And they also close at 2pm everyday but have hiring signs....um for what shifts?

Came thru the drive thru with kids to get breakfast. While ordering told kids to be quiet the lady taking orders started yelling and screaming at me about be rude and everything even came out to the car and threatened to fight me while my to kids where present. The manager refused to hear what happened and wouldn't give me the franchise number
