Been to this one and the one in Huntsville near Parkway. Saw a review on TikTok that wasn’t great so I had to try it myself. It’s not bad. Ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi with white rice and both places.

The biggest difference would be, the hibachi express on Balch has a little less teriyaki sauce. Other than that, the chicken was cooked a seasoned well, teriyaki sauce tasted fine, sweeter than what you fine at some fancy Japanese spot. Vegetables...

Wife and I tried here tonight. They were busy but still provided fast service. Portions were huge for my steak and her chicken hibachi dinners. Neither of us could even eat half of our dinner. It was hot and my steak was cooked as ordered, medium. Will be back, put probably share a plate…lol!

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options.

Parking: Plenty of parking and Handicap parking is near the door!

Easily the best fast casual Asian food around here. Not your average Chinese joint. Expanded menu. Try the Lunch special Chicken Hibachi! It's a homerun with that delicious yum yum sauce!
