Checked out the Madison location while in town visiting my sister. I got their bee’s knees iced latte and it was delicious! I do crave it and can’t wait to come back to get it again

Overpriced. I didn't care for how they treated my 12 yr old son and made him wait 22 minutes for breakfast sandwich, meanwhile serving and getting other orders out before him. It was only until I popped my head in to find out what was going on is when his sandwich was all of a sudden ready. All for a $14 breakfast sandwich. THAT'S ALL HE ORDERED

I’ve had honest coffee a few times and I enjoy the taste of their coffee, but their standard sweetness for flavored lattes isn’t very sweet. I find the flavor is very mild so if you prefer it sweeter I’d ask. Also, I am pretty dissatisfied with the customizability. I came in the other day wanting to try one of their holiday menu lattes ,the nutcracker (sweetened condensed milk and peppermint) but as a cappuccino, and they said they could not. I didn’t quite understand, as the only difference is there being a bit less milk and more foam. I then asked if I could then just get a cappuccino with peppermint and they also said no- supposedly the peppermint is mixed into the milk? The employees explained that and were very kind and sympathetic but I am still disappointed that it’s not something that could be done and I still don’t understand why a cappuccino couldn’t be made.
