My best friend, her daughter; and I visited. The hostess was apathetic, our food was sloppy, and lukewarm warm. This is the worst visit to IHOP I’ve ever experienced. I wish I had not even wasted the money

We went yesterday morning for breakfast and it was delicious. But I have to say we had a server named Von and she has the Best Customer Service Ever. I wish she could teach a class to a lot of people about proper customer service. We will be back because of Von😁.

My family and I went there this morning at 8:30am to eat breakfast. We were immediately sat. There were only 2 other tables occupied in the entire restaurant (that should have been a red flag to us). A server never even greeted us, asked to take our drink order, nothing! One server walked past our table several times and never acknowledged us. We finally walked out with 2 very disappointed and hungry children. Terrible service and atmosphere!

To be honest it’s been a while since we have eaten here. We use to be regulars like almost every day. But Covid really put a damper on this place . But I am happy to say that the food today was excellent and our good friend Max the waiter is back. Nice to see an old friend and enjoy a great meal.
