Went thru drive thru at 6 pm. Ordered 3 piece chicken meal. The 2 wings were so over cooked they smelled burnt. The skin was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The thigh I peeled off crust and ate the meat. The fries were over cooked also. Think they need to lower the deep fry time about 5 minutes, or pay attention. I Would’ve went back but I’m in limestone county. Sad. Went there 2 weeks ago in the morning and everything was good. Different cooks I guess.

The floor was so greasy you almost had to hold on to something at all times to keep from falling. Other than that lady at the counter was friendly ones in the back not so much. Kinda disappointed Considering all the other options around the area. Definitely will go to Whataburger next-door next time.

I will be adding Jack's to my growing list of businesses to never recommend or visit. Please spend some money to hire workers who can count to at least 3.

We are from out of town and saw this place advertised. It made me crave some chicken strips, so we placed an order online and picked it up. Unfortunately, when we got home, all of the food was there, except what i ordered for myself! We are not going back through the Hwy 72 traffic to make it right, but we won't be back either.

Arrived at this Jack's around 9am while I was doing my morning errands and was really hungry. First off they don't listen at all I asked for a bacon,egg, cheese biscuit and got an egg and cheese and it was so oily I couldn't even eat it. And had to wait almost 30 mins for a Espresso shake. I would advise everyone to be cautious when you go here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Got told we needed to hurry up while ordering in the drive through that the employee had his manager in his ear rushing him. Messed up the whole order just to wait 15 minutes on the food. Never had such bad service.
