Omg I haven't had Jacks in awhile in it will be awhile before I ever come back the chicken was nasty the skin was pastie the biscuit was hard as rock n the potato was chunky the gravy was watery the worse I ever had

I really Appreciate the manager Rod he is very nice always welcoming when in the restaurant food is always fresh when he is there,on the bad side they have a manager name Brittany who attitude is always terrible her attire is unprofessional she does not represent the company well and I don’t recommend eating there when she is there so far she is there on Tuesday afternoon ask for Rod 10/10 Rod

Went thru drive thru at 6 pm. Ordered 3 piece chicken meal. The 2 wings were so over cooked they smelled burnt. The skin was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The thigh I peeled off crust and ate the meat. The fries were over cooked also. Think they need to lower the deep fry time about 5 minutes, or pay attention. I Would’ve went back but I’m in limestone county. Sad. Went there 2 weeks ago in the morning and everything was good. Different cooks I guess.
The floor was so greasy you almost had to hold on to something at all times to keep from falling. Other than that lady at the counter was friendly ones in the back not so much. Kinda disappointed Considering all the other options around the area. Definitely will go to Whataburger next-door next time.
