**** I am updating this review because it appears that kids are being left to work without supervision and they are doing just that being kids! Playing around the food and joking around, being sloppy with the food etc. I don’t blame the kids because they should be overseen and because they are just being kids.

If you need to unwind, come here. The prices are great, and the treats are excellent. I can't recommend a simple mango and vanilla swirl hard enough. If you have kids, walk next door to Poke Collect afterward. Easy afternoon.

I love Jeremiah’s Ice! Was so excited to find out they had one here in Madison. My youngest girls (5 & 8) do not like the gelati but love the italian ice by itself. Unfortunately we won’t be back due to the last 2 visits the customer service has been horrible. The young ladies who work there are awesome, kind and welcoming but my past 2 visits we were served by a rude man. He seemed to be having a bad day or was annoyed but customers should not feel like they are a bother in an establishment. The most recent visit was the last chance…my daughters both excitedly said thank you to him and he literally smacked his lips and said nothing. I get not all days will be good but working in customer service you gotta be more aware of the energy and tone you are setting with customers. Especially in an environment where kids are happy and excited to try something yummy. Sad and disappointed with this location but I will visit the one back home. They are much friendlier and engaging with customers.

Cool little place with lots of Italian Ice flavor options & toppings, great spot to try if you have kids as well.My only "complaint" if you will, was the lack of fountain or bottled drinks available; they do not offer soft drinks. So, if you are like me and the Italian Ice/Ice Cream actually makes you more thirsty, plan ahead and take your own or they may have some bottled water available. I gave 4 stars on the "food" category for this reason, the Ice is excellent but I'd love to see an option for a drink.

I was visiting huntsville alabama with my brother and nephew, and after dinner, we needed something cool and refreshing. There were a lot of customers, so we had to wait, and the hostest were so nice and even apologized for the wait. The soft ice cream was soooo good. I got the chocolate. My brother and nephew had the sour green apple and blue razz icees. Now i want one back home for my 8robinsons.tv clients and videographers!
The ice cream and Italian ice here is wonderful. It was very clean and kid friendly. We will be back to try something new.

A place that seems like it was a secret. Marketing is needed in this small...not to small town. So many cool businesses but you sometimes don't know of them. This one came about my daughter brought home a coupon from school. OMG. A must go to...pleasant clean atmosphere. The stuff they sell...not too sweet..just sheer perfection. Visiting from out of state and loved it so much we went twice! Kid friendly, lots of flavors to choose from and customize, and the staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clean! I really appreciate when establishments have clean bathrooms. Definitely recommend.Also. Bring one to Alaska. Plz and thx!
