I ordered one of the flavorites, and it is supposed to come like a layered creation alternating between the Italian ice, soft serve, and mix in. When I got mine, the girl covered the cup with a paper towel so that I couldn’t see the layers. I didn’t see it until I got in the car, but it was literally just Italian ice on the bottom and soft serve on the top. I thought it was really sneaky and very dishonest how she tried to cover it up so I couldn’t see it until later. With how small the cups are, there was literally no room to mix it myself. I just had to eat through the soft serve, and by the time I got to the Italian ice, it was completely melted. Like there was a reason why the treat is supposed to be layered!
The soft serve also has zero flavor. Mine was a swirl, and there was no difference between the vanilla or the chocolate. The soft serve was also not soft. I would describe it as chunky.
This was a waste of $7 plus tip. Owners should work on training their employees to make the treats right.

Loved how spacious this location was. Outdoor seating under the pavilion was nice for a rainy day. Ice cream was absolutely delicious. Staff was solid. Great experience 👌🏾

We drove from Bridge Street and got here at 930pm, website says open until 10....closed. wasted the drive when we could have gone somewhere else. Staff outside said you close at 9pm. Update your information.
Our volleyball team came in after our last game and the boys, sorry I didn't get their names, did amazing keeping the line moving and the girls happy. Highly recommend

Didn't felt welcome or comfortable…I gave the guy 20.11 and gave me 14.89 back instead of $15…once I got my item no one said thank you have a good day I had to say it even thoe it wasn’t said back that’s not good customer service and it two young ladies (white ) who put up umbrellas but not my table I know im black and can handle the sun it the principle and seem racist .. I think they don’t like black people or serving but I know had on booty shorts at kids environment shop is that appropriate to wear at a job ? But by the way the Italian ice was good 5/5 it’s the customer service which was bad on my very first visit

Perfect for a dairy free kiddo! Most flavors are in fact dairy free! Only a handful were not. The kids and I loved playing the board games while we ate our treat that they keep for guests as well! Overall we love Jeremiah's and have come back many times over. Thanks for the great customer service as well!
