Came to this location visiting from out of town, and the staff were very friendly, store is clean, and my sandwich was made amazingly. If you like cold subs, I recommend adding their pickled relish and bacon! 😋

food took forever, my manager now hates me because i suggested this for a team lunch.

Everytime I order from here the service is always poor, I’ll have timed orders and my ticket will just be sitting on the counter while the cook is just having conversations or hovering over someone else just like this morning . My ticket just sitting there while they talked and the guy dresserd 3 cold subs by himself. I had to wait until for her to cook my timed and prepaid order . I asked if I could get chips as I was going to initially grab some while in Publix but because my order was unprepared that would cancel my Publix run. She proceeded to ring me up for chips as if she didn’t give me a late order that could’ve been prevented had she not cared more about her conversation with her co worker and just standing at the register .

When it's made right it's good, but seems like every other time I order a pickup here it's either the wrong sandwich or it's missing stuff. Not even customizations, just straight missing bacon and mayo on a #8

Clean...fresh vegetables...taste great.. friendly staff

I really like this location a lot and have a great experience every time I visit. I must ask, is there a reason why the vegetables/sides are always uncovered? It seems so unsanitary, especially when it gets warm and bugs are lingering around. I don’t understand why a plastic covering of some sort is not required. It would be much better to cover the food. Just a suggestion.

I’m sharing this review because my experience at this location was amazing! The staff was so helpful and patient with my somewhat complicated order for my family. And even took it a step above and labeled the sandwiches as “Moms Chicken Bacon”, “Dads Big Kahuna”, “Kids…”, etc. And the sandwiches were delicious! Great customer service!

Ordered a cookie and didn't receive it. Ordered on wheat multiple times and it's always put on white bread. This place is notorious for just not adding ingredients or items if they are out at the time and don't feel like making more.

Ridiculous to pay for something and still not get it.

Jan 26, 2025 around noon…Two people working and crushing it! Sandwiches being made with care, taking care of in store and a stream of online orders coming in…the lady working was doing the work of 3 employees, super efficient…and the young man on the hot sub line was holding his own!

I usually have a good experience with this place but “Paula” quickly changed that for me. She was very rude and upset because she had to remsje my food because she didn’t listen. She has a very snappy attitude and i didn’t appreciate it at all. I will be speaking to a manager personally the next time i come there.

The food here is decent and the employees in this location are very friendly and helpful. Great employees makes this place wonderful.

I ordered online and had to wait almost an hour past my expected time to get my food. Meanwhile someone walked in got a sandwhich and sat down and ate before I even got my food. They lost my ticket and barely communicated about what my order was. Then when I finally got my food the worker didn’t even apologize for the wait.
