The bathroom was disgusting and the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. So I question the cleanliness of the rest of the place and where they prep and store food. My sandwich was good though

So ordered online for pickup. Came in at the time at said and my order wasn’t ready. I saw a few employees on their phones and in the back. I’m assuming they are making my food. But another customer came up and they asked her about her order. I’ve already been waiting there 5 mins and no one approached me. So I asked about mine. The employee said it’s being made and looked confused. There were about 5 tickets that were printed that I’m assuming they ignored. Mine finally got made, but they put it on the back counter instead of handing it to me. So finally I guess she remembered that I was standing there and gave me my food. I took my food and I guess she wanted me to say thank you. I just took the bag and walked towards the door. She yelled out You’re Welcome rudely. I turned and told her why I didn’t say thank you. She was just like oh. No apology. Do better about your customer service.

I've given them a try on 2 occasions. The first evening no one was at the counter to help. Then finally a young lady came out from back to take our order. She had a bad attitude and was being lazy about simple request. The second visit, a blonde haired guy took my order and then burped loudly and rudely in my face. It made me want to ask for a refund. However, I had somewhere to be and just wanted to get out of there! smh! These new kids need customer service training bad!!

I am amazed at this locations’ level of customer service. I was waiting on someone to pinch me. The store was so clean the staff was the cleanest I’ve seen in years and I eat out every day… They take their time with your sandwich like their painting a picture… They make eye contact, smile and engage. They are in uniform, and work really smoothly with eachother.To the manager- Kuddos, you’ve build a one of a kind Team.literally- My $5 turkey sandwich was the highlight of The month, and I’ve spent at least $1,000 elsewhere on high end food.Very satisfied. Thank you a million times, God bless you. You don’t get that experience often anymore.

Workers playing around and not working swiftly. Waiting far too long for my food. It seems like a bunch of kids working here. All of the tables were dirty and I had to clean the table and chairs myself in order to sit down. I love these sandwiches but this place is going down hill

I normally love Jersey Mikes. But this location disappointed. I had to repeat myself multiple times still got the wrong food. I have never had stale bread from Jersey Mikes until today. My hot sub was ok. But my cold one was awful. I tried to tell them what I wanted on it and they told me they would call me back up once the meat was cut. Just not a great experience overall.
