We had lunch at the new Hickory NC location! Service was great and food was pretty good! I got the smoked turkey sandwich and wings. Wings were a real disappointment though.... under cooked and definitely not smoked. I just took them home and popped them in the air-fryer. But all in all a 7 out of 10.....in my opinion.

Went thru the drive thru this visit. Food came out hot and service with a smile from the gal at the window. Food is consistent every time I visit. Wish I was closer, I’d have Something different every day! I highly recommend.

I placed an order in the drive through. There were several issues within the ordering process itself. Waited for almost 40 mins for my order. Got home to notice my entire order was incorrect. Called back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager Jason. Jason was understanding and very helpful. He went out of his way to correct my order and deliver it to my home personally!!!! Thank you Jason for helping to resolve my issue and correct it with no hesitation. You're awesome!!

Forgot my dad's drink, no habanero sauce, apparently they included fries when they were putting it in but no fries were given. Folks, check your plates before leaving. Jim N' Knicks, do better and make sure to give the people what they order. The meat was great. so I'll give you five stars for that.

The service is great ! The workers are really sweet! I would recommend the pulled chicken with collard greens and Mac and cheese!

Terrible experience, person at drive through didn’t communicate well we had to ask if he even got our order. Then at the window they brought out the first order, forgot the drink, they were just giggling, not professional. Then had to remind them about a second order after we already had paid. Too many unprofessional kids working. Very unhappy with service.
