Food was delicious. One of our meals didn't show up and we realized that it had somehow not rung up on the receipt. The manager apologized and brought the meal to us for free. We were very pleased.

We love the Madison Jim and Nicks! Our service is always good and the food is really good! My husband and I are bariatric patients and always split meals. They are very accommodating and always make sure we are taken care of!

After my daughter got her braces on, we were in search of food that would be soft and easy to eat. The potato salad, deviled eggs, and banana pudding hit the spot for her! The staff was caring, quick, and friendly. Even noticed how they were all on board as a team helping another customer with a complicated situation. The place was clean and well stocked as well. Would definitely recommend for a casual meal! I tried the Brisket Chilli with the house salad and omg definitely right for a cold day!Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu.

Such good food and atmosphere. Not cheap but you get a lot of food and don’t leave hungry.Dietary restrictions: I told them I have a gluten/wheat allergy when I was ordering and ordered a plate that had a “GF” next to it. When the plate came, there was a biscuit the plate with the food (that was in fact gf). The waitress apologized and took it back to the kitchen and came out with a fresh plate, minus the biscuit. I didn’t get sick and I appreciate the attention paid to the request. Next time I will reiterate please no biscuit on the plate though!
