I love JJ. Like - LOVE. From out of town. The first time I ordered here they cancelled my DD because of bad weather. So I gave walk in a try.
Probably should have stuck with DoorDash. Took forever for one of the 3 young adults to decide who was going to take our order. When one finally came over, he didn’t listen to half of what we said. Then I tried to put in my rewards and he was dumbfounded. Like I was trying to PAY with it. Finally got paid and he said what kind of bread. I said - I ordered an UNwhich. My bad, I didn’t get that. I finally told him - don’t worry about changing it in the system just tell your buddy (by this time buddy was already getting the lettuce).
Then waited forever for yet another person to make the sandwiches.
It was just a cluster and none of them wanted to be there. Guess I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s when I’m H-ville.

I always get the same sandwich, a #4 Turkey Tom add cheese. Never been disappointed. The employees are very friendly, and they have a great atmosphere

This place can get very busy at times, yet they still manage to make my subs correct, every single time! The food is always super fresh and tastes amazing! Love the workers attitudes and hustle! Best JJ around!

Spent 5 minutes in line to be told once I get to the register that there is no more bread. What a joke..the manager should be fired for poorly running the store. Pathetic.

We eat Jimmy John’s at least once a week. In the beginning, I got exactly what I wanted, a chicken Caesar wrap but sub the wrap for 8” French bread. However, the past 5 times we’ve ordered it, it has come in a wrap. I’m not sure if they are just lazy or if they’re not reading the order completely. Im not usually one to complain but I’m just tired of not getting what I ordered.

Trell *sp., was so pleasant of a young man., great manners. And I saw him 1st hand have to save the day when someone took the wrong bag of food (I guess doordash) he made a couple jokes and got right on it to put the customer at ease. Also gave me a solid recommendation on the most meat sub the JJ..
Food really needs to be offered to be toasted or something tasted bland

I just placed an online order for some sandwiches and sides. My order was ready when I got there and the staff was super helpful in making sure I had all of my items. Got me a cup holder for my drinks. The good was really fresh and delicious. I'm visiting from out of town, and have to say, this location is the best! The store was very clean and the staff was super sweet! I will definitely be back again.
