I got a billy club you could use as a club. There is iffy bread but then there is literally hard. Maybe the employee was having a bad day? No way you could miss this. I probably would have settled for just a little stale but wow. Threw it out what else could I do.

Anyone working around food should have their hair pulled back at the least! Men and women both. Beards should be covered. Not impressed with the staff's appearance at all! Just like they rolled out of bed and put on clothes from the dirty hamper and last shower was two days ago. Unacceptable!! Do better!

Hi, my first review. I started working within 5 minutes of this store a couple weeks ago and thought I'd actually eat out for lunch. I came in and the staff was so sweet but...I'm not sure if the ac was off but it was easily 110 degrees inside. I waited 25 minutes for a regular sub and it cost 11 plus dollars for JUST the sub, no drink no chips. Most of it was bread. I couldn't even finish the sub because at the ends it was just sauce and and bread. Nothing near what 11 dollars could have gotten me elsewhere. I won't be returning.

Place is SLOW. Didn’t JJs slogan used to be Freaky Fast? Maybe focus on customer orders in the actual restaurant before the online orders.

I love JJ. Like - LOVE. From out of town. The first time I ordered here they cancelled my DD because of bad weather. So I gave walk in a try.
Probably should have stuck with DoorDash. Took forever for one of the 3 young adults to decide who was going to take our order. When one finally came over, he didn’t listen to half of what we said. Then I tried to put in my rewards and he was dumbfounded. Like I was trying to PAY with it. Finally got paid and he said what kind of bread. I said - I ordered an UNwhich. My bad, I didn’t get that. I finally told him - don’t worry about changing it in the system just tell your buddy (by this time buddy was already getting the lettuce).
Then waited forever for yet another person to make the sandwiches.
It was just a cluster and none of them wanted to be there. Guess I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s when I’m H-ville.

I always get the same sandwich, a #4 Turkey Tom add cheese. Never been disappointed. The employees are very friendly, and they have a great atmosphere
This place can get very busy at times, yet they still manage to make my subs correct, every single time! The food is always super fresh and tastes amazing! Love the workers attitudes and hustle! Best JJ around!

We eat Jimmy John’s at least once a week. In the beginning, I got exactly what I wanted, a chicken Caesar wrap but sub the wrap for 8” French bread. However, the past 5 times we’ve ordered it, it has come in a wrap. I’m not sure if they are just lazy or if they’re not reading the order completely. Im not usually one to complain but I’m just tired of not getting what I ordered.
