We had a wonderful dining experience. We had pizza, salad, cowboy smash burger and the horseshoe burger. The food was hot, flavorful, and good. Ali made the experience
exceptional. We will be asking for him to be our waiter when we come back.

Brought my nephew for lunch. Food was phenomenal. We both had smash burgers and ordered queso and chips for our appetizer. The bacon jam on the burger is phenomenal. Ashley was our waitress and she was a 5 star as well. Ashley is very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items and was quick with our service. She checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager greeted us to check on our service and ensure that our meal was satisfactory. Can't wait to come back and try a different menu item.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Jonathan’s Grille in the Huntsville/Madison area. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively yet welcoming—perfect for enjoying a big game with TVs placed thoughtfully throughout the restaurant so you never miss a play.
Our server, Cadence, was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel like valued guests. Her attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm turned a great meal into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
The food was equally impressive. We ordered the blackened chicken with long grain brown rice and a Greek salad, and every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on atmosphere, service, and food all at once, but Jonathan’s Grille exceeded our expectations in every way. We live over an hour away, but we
left already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for excellent food, top-notch service, and a fun, energetic environment.

New to the area and decided to give this place a try. Ordered a lemon drop at the bar and realized that there was lipstick on my glass. When I notified the bartender he just replaced the glass. I was very disappointed so I paid and left. Expected better

Our office staff ate lunch together today at Jonathon’s. We had a great experience. Food delicious with ample servings. Our waiter, Ali, was amazing. He gave us great service and was a lot fun.

The ratings could have been MUCH better but the service was slow. It took forever to get a server, the food was amazing, then I waited a while to get my check, longer to get my change and then he took his own tip out, which was less than I planned on giving. I will tip well, even if my service is not great. I probably won't be back.
