RAW CHICKEN AND NASTY MANAGER!!! How these folks are still in business I will never understand the way the manager and employees conduct themselves is so unprofessional and trashy! They literally tried to serve Me some chicken tenders that were so old and hard the fries were old and disgusting! And acted like they didn't want to make me no fresh ones! AND THEN LOOK AT THESE FRESH CHICKEN TENDERS THAT ARE NOT DONE AND STILL LOOK PINK NEVER AGAIN I SAID HOW YALL GONNA THINK ITS OK TO GIVE PEOPLE HALF RAW CHICKEN AND THE MANAGER GONNA WALK OFF LAUGHING!! Walked in to order lunch today and was completely ignored. Not sure why but I feel racially profiled. I stood at the front counter forever and never once did someone try to help. I won’t be back!
A one star review is better than I’d prefer to give. Terrible service. I placed an order (@4:00pm) for pickup at 5:30pm, no one at the front to help me check on the order readiness has to wait 30 more minutes for order. I counted 3 people in the kitchen, but was told “only one person bak here”. The store owner should seriously reconsider a new management plan.

On my last three visits, all three an hour before they close, they were out of fries once, their system was down once, and they had no breasts to make chicken sandwiches the last time. Three strikes and your out!

Doordashers beware. Lobby closed at 8 even though it says the lobby closes at 9. SLOW non moving drive thru line with only FOUR cars in it. Ridiculous, us doordashers shouldn't be having to wait in a line when the order is already made.
