A one star review is better than I’d prefer to give. Terrible service. I placed an order (@4:00pm) for pickup at 5:30pm, no one at the front to help me check on the order readiness has to wait 30 more minutes for order. I counted 3 people in the kitchen, but was told “only one person bak here”. The store owner should seriously reconsider a new management plan.

On my last three visits, all three an hour before they close, they were out of fries once, their system was down once, and they had no breasts to make chicken sandwiches the last time. Three strikes and your out!

Doordashers beware. Lobby closed at 8 even though it says the lobby closes at 9. SLOW non moving drive thru line with only FOUR cars in it. Ridiculous, us doordashers shouldn't be having to wait in a line when the order is already made.

Why bother putting up a sign "drive thru only" if you're not going to even help at the drive thru. I just waited 10 min before driving away bc the wouldn't help.
I was doing Door dash and received an order to pick up from KFC. I arrived about 10 minutes later to pick up the order. It had not been prepared yet. I patiently waited on the 3 piece order I was to pick up. The old lady at the counter took no effort to box up what I could clearly see already prepared chicken. After waiting 5 minutes, 2 gentlemen walked in to order dine in. The lady took their order and served them from the chicken that was already prepared. I asked why she hadn't served my order for a prepaid customer, she stated because I'm only Door Dash. I argued that this was for a customer who already paid for their meal and was waiting for it to be delivered. She rolled her eyes and reluctantly filled the order. I called Corporate customer service to report this, and was met by a sympathetic representative. I asked to be informed what action would take place to correct future orders. I was assured I would be contacted. I never was.

Ordered 3 piece dark 2 sides and drink in drive thru. Didn’t receive drink went in to see cashier who rudely walk away from an older lady saying he isn’t doing this. He had just been told by a woman behind the counter to let her know when the older lady came up. Rude and unprofessional.I didn’t have time to wait and left. The order I received, 1 overcooked wing and 2 breasts, 1 side and a hard biscuit. I will not be back and will let people know what they can expect here.
