This is the worst Krystal ever. My friend and I walked inside Krystal on Friday night while the door was unlocked and the employees were hanging around just chilling and told us to walk out because they were closed on the inside. They acted like we were a nuisance and they didn't want us ordering food.

Went to eat a late lunch around 2 in the afternoon and was told the dining room was closed until the floor dried because they just mopped. Do wet floor signs not exist? Extremely ridiculous.

Went to the drive thru and the lady asked for my order and as I try to always do I asked how she was one word response fine. I enjoy chili on my burgers so I asked were they serving chili and before I could finish my question she said rather nasty not until winter. I pulled up to the window didn't speak just told me my price, my card was declined because I didn't move my money over before I got there, that's on me. I moved the money and handed her the card she handed me my card back and then my food.I checked the food and as I was doing so she let out a very loud and noticable huff, I asked her if she was having a bad day she said very rudely no and slammed the window. I am in the retail business and would never allow an employee to interact this way with a customer. Shame on this company for allowing that type of attitude.

Terribly attitude and terrible service 0/10 and I received my food looking like a bag of trash
Not sure if it is only this location, the Krystal buns seemed to be getting smaller and the meat does not covered the bun and is getting thinner. I have seen thicker smashed burgers. The single price for one is $1.79. That is 80 cents per bit. This will be the last time I will get this over priced bun (no meat to speak of) with a pickle.

Went to this Krystal on Wednesday night around 8:30 pm. Dining room was closed so went to drive through. Was told they were not taking any more orders. Sign on restaurant states they are supposed to be open until 12 am. This location desperately needs help
