Went to this Krystal on Wednesday night around 8:30 pm. Dining room was closed so went to drive through. Was told they were not taking any more orders. Sign on restaurant states they are supposed to be open until 12 am. This location desperately needs help

Took forever, more than than half an hour, to get to the window of the drive thru. Found out only 2 people were working tonight. It's not their fault, and I can't be mad at them. Leaving this review so management will hopeful do better for the employees and the customers. 2 people can't run a restaurant.

Lovely, friendly staff. We were served by Sanyell and she was so kind. Brought our food out to us and asked if we needed anything and checked back with us to see if everything was perfect. Fresh fries to boot! Thank you so much!

Ordered online for pickup via drive -thru. I get there and the lady came over the intercom and said they they were closed. I politely asked how to I go about getting a refund. The lady then in a very rude tone stated that I would have to wait til morning to talk to the manager. I'm fine with all that but you don't have to be rude. Also I understand unexpected closures. But don't be rude.

The food was trash...requested without onions. Still came with onions, but the burgers were burnt/dried out, buns were chrispy on half, and we were pulled up to wait 20 minutes for only 12 burgers. I will not be returning in the future, as the quality does not exist. Worst Krystal experience I've had in my life.
Food was fresh and tasty which was the saving grace for the trip because the service was terrible!!
I kid you not the drive through order taker/cashier Yelled “could you hold on” as soon as we pulled up in an obviously irritated voice…it should be noted they were not busy AT ALL….and then said go ahead and when we asked what the 15.99 special was on the window she said I don’t know you might have to read the menu (it wa not on the regular menu-is why we asked. )We let her know that and she got mad and said well I don’t know this is my second day being in the register… it felt like we the customer was supposed to know that a Krystal’s employee didn’t know the specials or menu…
We proceeded to give her the order and she said “hold on, I ain’t no computer/robot” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he was just asking her to remove the mayo on two of the chicks ordered
I know it’s NYE but sheesh if she didn’t want to be there she should have called in 🤣
Please get people with tact and guest service experience.
I would have pulled off if I were driving but my spouse insisted on getting the Krystal burgers… food was good 👍🏽 at least

Visited this Krystal location around 10pm last night. I was looking forward to some tasty burgers. After first bite of burger, I almost spit it out. Tasted terrible! I was so hungry too. Went back to my hotel room and gave all 3 to my dog. She loved them. They need quality and damage control enlisted asap! Wasted my 12.00.
