Food was fresh and good. Havent ate here in a long while. Customer Service wasn't good. The food just felt rushed out the window and it was the same when we went back around for extra order of fries. Yall got to do better in fast food if you not a people person get a job where you don't have to see or talk too. Simple as that.

OH... MY... GOD-AH!!!You've GOT to be joking Krystal's. I mean, I haven't been here since last summer and you want me to believe that THIS is the same sandwich? GTFOH, because this has to be the shadiest restaurant in America! I got four Krystal's with cheese tonight and they were about the size of three silver dollars... almost. This past summer the sandwich at least filled the box, NOW they don't even touch the sides! I paid almost 7 bucks to get hoodwinked out of a sandwich that's already SMALL AS IS, but you think people are stupid and made it even smaller, WOW! People, please start paying attention to what they're giving you which is barely NOTHING!

Long story short: Meal not worth the $10 price tag, go to Wendy’s. Bare minimum customer service, below average time, and food that is mid at best. Don’t come here expecting your food to be fresh.I had never heard of Krystal until tonight. I was looking for food after getting into town late, and it seemed like a good choice. I should have just gone to Wendy’s.First off, when I pulled up to the speaker a woman answered somewhat quiet. Once I gave my order, a man came over the intercom very loud. I mean borderline too loud. Does the whole street need to know my order? The order was, to me, very simple. The two chiks combo with no pickles. To put it simple, it is two chicken sandwiches, fries, and a drink.Once I pay at the window, I am asked to pull forward and they would walk the food out. I thought it was a touch strange, considering I was the only customer there, but I complied. So tell me why after a somewhat considerable wait (don’t shoot me for not keeping a stopwatch in the drive thru) I get my food, and as I drive off reach in to grab a fry, and it is barely warm. How can the food already be cold. I move on, not wanting to wait any longer to get to my hotel. Once I get inside my hotel room to eat, I pull out the sandwich to find it has pickles. While I did take them off and eat the sandwich, it wasn’t what I wanted to do. If they had been busy I would understand. But I was the only person there.I wanted to like this restaurant, but I doubt I’ll be returning. If this is your favorite, all power to you, but Wendy’s will treat me better, serve me better, and has better food, all for a lower price. And that’s saying something because Wendy’s isn’t even all that amazing.

if i could give a 0 i would, went through the drive through at 9:30 exactly, keep in mind they close at 12. 4 cars were ahead of me and when i get to the speaker to order, the boy (dark hair) says they were closed. i pull off and decide to look up what time they close because the people before me had literally just ordered and had no issue obviously, so i decide to go back through again to tell them that maybe they should turn off the open sign if they were “closed” then the boy responds with “their system is down” so that’s 2 lies that was told. i work in food industry and i’ve never turned down a customer down 1 minute before i closed, nevertheless 2 hrs and 30 mins before. absolutely horrible service and will never be going back. hire some new workers please.
