First time eating from this new lawler’s off of County Ln Rd. It is not as good as the Lawler’s off of Hughes Rd in Madison, AL.
Ordered a fully loaded turkey baked potato and it just doesn’t quite taste the same. Unsure what is missing. I’ll continue to eat here when given the opportunity and adjust my review as needed.

This new lawlers really has been wonderful. After finding the highs rd lawlers, I truly thought there couldn't be one better. Now co line lswlers is open and I'm happy to say the service is equal, employees happy and helpful, and the food is just as awesome. Maybe a tad better bc its hotter when I get home bc it's closer. Twofer Tuesday taters are our go to hit. Word of advice, go earlier than 1930 or risk them being sold out. Or order online and pick it up. As great a the employees are, they will run out sometimes. Poor planning on your part doesn't make yelling at them ok. Know all God things end and plan accordingly. The only negative thing I can speak of is the occasional crappy customer. Even then, the service was over the top and cheerful.

Today 7/26/2025 Lawler’s Food trailer in Lowe’s parking lot on Hwy72 in Madison! Limited menu but still lots of Yum to be had! I was walking out of Lowe’s and looked up to see Lawler’s parked outside, I was glad I got cash back on my purchase, don’t worry they have tap to pay also. (I can’t tap dance 🕺🏻) Slaw dogs Today is a great day for them! I chose a BBQ Turkey sandwich and grabbed pork for my wife, sides of BBQ beans and slaw also, do T forget the sauce for your sandwich also! Yum lunch is gonna be great today! Thanks to the good people at Lawler’s here and over there “Hey Andi”. Thanks to Jim for starting it all also, these new owners are doing it up so good! 😊

I patronized the County Line Rd location of Lawler’s BBQ today and had an absolutely horrible experience. It was raining buckets and lightning and storming when we arrived to pick up our online order, and we were the only customers there at that time. I pulled into the drive thru, but when I got up to the window and gave the young lady behind the window the name on our order, she flatly informed me that online orders cannot be picked up in the drive thru and told me I must park my car and walk up to the front window to pick it up. After parking my car and walking across the parking lot in the heavy rain storm to stand at the front window, she left me standing in the rain that was so hard it was raining sideways as she took her sweet time and piddled her way through packaging up my order. Then she barely opened the window far enough to fit the bag through and handed it to me (I'm assuming so she didn't get herself wet from the rain) and didn't say a word…no apology for making me stand in a torrential downpour in a thunder and lightning storm for several minutes, or a “have a nice day” or anything. No smile at any point during the interaction…just stone faced without a care or concern in the world and zero customer service. By the time I got back to my car with our order, both the paper bag full of our food and my clothing and shoes/socks were completely soaked through. This was one of the single worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my almost 50 years worth of living. Our family will NEVER be giving this business our hard earned money ever again since this is how they choose to treat people. I don’t recommend that anyone that has mobility issues or does not want to get struck by lightning during a heavy thunderstorm patronize this business.

I was so excited about this location coming. I go today and get a turkey sandwich combo. I couldn't get my order out due to the girl taking my order cutting me off. I asked and paid for extra slaw on my sandwich and honestly believe I was giving less than what normal slaw should be. I will wait for the employees to be trained properly before I visit again. I will continue to go to the Hughes Rd location that had outstanding service.
