Put the wrong order in, then the “manager” was talking reckless saying that i gave the wrong order but the guy put the order in wrong. I won’t be coming back. Terrible customer service

I had a problem with the location on County Line when I called to complain. The young man said he was one of the managers, but did not want to give me his name and said he didn’t have the number to the home office. So I called the one on Hughes Road and a lovely Manager named Jeffrey. answered the phone and was absolutely wonderful. He told me to come by. He will replace my food … And that he would make sure that everything was fresh. This didn’t even happen at his store. I simply called his store to get the number to the home office and he said ma’am, don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it.

I just want you to know. I had a horrible experience on County Line, I drove through with my 97 year old grandmother order some crazy puffs and they said it was a fresh double cheese pizza, when I get home, everything is hard as a rock. I called to speak to the manager one of the young men answer the phone and says I’m one of the managers and refuses to give me his name and says he doesn’t wanna give me his name, so I asked him for the home office phone number and he said him no Kayla have the number to the home office. I called the one on Hughes Road Rd. and this guy named Jeffrey answers. The phone absolutely wonderful calmed me down with very nice offered to give me free food cooked. Fresh told me not to worry about it and was absolutely wonderful. I guess the manager on County Line didn’t care because it wasn’t his 97 year-old grandmother having to Biden into Food that was hard as a rock.
Food is excellent. Personalities of the staff is A1. The two employees i dealt with Baltimore and North Kackalacky, don't remember their names just where they were from. Those 2 are very friendly and work together as a unit. Thank yall. I will be back for more,
