Food is great but the service is horrendous. The staff think it is okay to yell at customers and roll their eyes at them as well. We will not be back. Please hire employees that know how to treat PAYING customers.

I drove to the drive thru at around 3:30 spent $14.21. I asked the girl for the crazy puffs and for a fresh pizza cheese. She said I have extra cheese that is fresh, I had ordered cheese, but that was fine with me because I was gonna get a fresh pizza.. I tasted the Power puffs in the parking lot and they were not fresh. I continue to drive home with my 97 year-old grandmother and when I got home, the pizza was not fresh either, everything was hard as a rock. I call the store to speak to the manager and a young man answers the phone and says I'm one of the managers, and refuses to give me his name, l said well.. can you give me the home office's number? I simply just wanted the manager's name so I could tell him what's going on, he didn't care what was going on ...he didn't care what happened to me, and said he didn't have the number to the home office and neither did kayla. I googled for the Little Caesars on Hughes Road. A guy named Jeffry answered the phone offered to give me fresh food and was absolutely wonderful and it didn't even happen at his store. I wasn't given a receipt, so l had to take pictures of my food and go online and check my Visa statement and see what time I went through there. All I wanted was to speak to the manager and look at all the chaos that was caused because he didn’t wanna give me his name and didn’t care what my problem was.. since it wasn’t his 97-year-old grandmother, biting into something that was hard as a rock that’s why he didn’t care. It’s really sad that all I wanted to do was tell the manager what it happened if I wasn’t with my 97-year-old grandmother and the food was not for her. I could’ve cared less.

First off, I love Little Caesars pizza. I've eaten it all over the country, and this location is by far the worst. They are so slow. They mark pizzas ready for pick up, and then when I get there, they say they haven't started them yet. I don't
know what they are doing there, but the crust is always coated in some salt on an unholy level. I can not even taste pizza, just salt. I've ordered from them 3 times, and all 3 times, no one would eat the pizzas, and they got tossed out. Everything about this place is horrible. You talk to an employee, and they all seem to hate that they are alive and hate you for ordering a pizza. Their hate for their jobs shows in what they make. The owner should fire everyone and start over.

If you eat pizza it makes your insides burn and sweat to death dehydration.
Absolutely horrible service, prep, and food. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, got out of my truck, went inside, and was told there was literally nothing ready and it would take another full 39 minutes. Not a little Caesars. Literally trash
Ordered a pretzel pizza, given it was being heavily promoted on the website, and it was not even pretzel crust.. just their normal pizza with pretzel salt on the crust. Both of my pizzas and breadsticks were under cooked. The young man working was rude. I won't be back to this location.
Food made fresh, and reasonable prices for what I ordered.

Why do I write this…because people matter. Many write out of one time bad experiences, but so glad no one rates me on that. This place as yet to fail me, so whatever they were doing wrong- they’ve since corrected. Their pizza ifor my family at this location is preferred over more expensive competitors.
I ordered a classic pizza with Italian sausage and bacon. Simple right? Absolutely not, i get home and the pizza was half Italian sausage and half pepperoni, so i called back and they offered to do a remake. Long story short i get back to the store and told them who i was and why i was there. They remade my oreder, yes wrong again; made the same way as the wrong they gave me. Then i explained what it was suppose to have been and the called it out and still made it wrong, not once but twice. Half bacon and half sausage with no sauce. This place is going downhill fast.
I placed a mobile order ahead of time, scheduled pickup for an hour later. When I arrived on time to pick up my order, it was ready. The pizza we ordered had plenty of sausage; the slices-n-stix was very cheesy and had some delicious crispy pepperoni on it. Would recommend!

This restaurant's Sunday Hours are advertised as open until 9PM. Last night my wife attempted to pick-up a pizza from this restaurant at 8:50pm and was told they were no longer serving food. I have worked restaurant jobs. I understand how frustrating it can be when you've been slow, and you already cleaned up to close, and you want to go home early, and someone shows up to order food right before close. I hate being that person. But at the same time, if you are advertising that you are open to customers I think it is totally unacceptable to be borderline dismissive of a customer coming in and trying to give you business. Honestly, it doesn't really matter to me what you do with this information. I will likely never try to get food from that restaurant again and there is a Marco's open until 11pm right across the street. But for future potential customers you may want to consider either closing earlier, or coaching your employees to serve food until the restaurant is actually closed.

I give 4 stars because I ordered for delivery a custom pizza half pepperoni and half cheese, when I received the pizza it was full pepperoni. Due to religious reasons my side of the pizza had to have no pork. When I came back up to complain the new GM Bre was so nice she changed my temper and fix the problem.
Thank you Bre for your service.
She also stayed after clocking out to prepare my new pizza herself. Super grateful for that!
